When you work for the Corporate world, always smile and act as a dove, but inside be as Shrewd as a snake. Every one out there is selfish and you should be too, but never show it outwardly. Consider working in a company as you have come to the toilet. You don't want to be there around for long, and your loyalty should be exact the same as you have for the toilet to get what you want, and get out before it stinks. Speak only good about others(and you should be aware you are fibbing). Never shy away from doing that, and be very careful of the ones that do to you the same. From CEO to the lowest ranking employee, the objective should be only one thing, act as if you are loyal, but focus on getting money from one pocket moving to yours. Never confuse yourself when your boss or HR talks about "Team".. Act as if you are a big team player, but remember, a team is a set of ass holes working together with selfish goals, and so please graduate yourself to an ass hole if not one already. By the way your boss and HR will talk team all day long till end of year, and then they do your performance appraisal not the team. So you also play along with that. Dont be bothered about designations fancy titles. You think of yourself as an indipendant consultant. Money is all that matters. No one will even give you a gram of salt for free just becaise you work in the top 10 companies of the world or if you are a president or ceo. All that matters is MONEY. Work for money. Bottom line... Dont ever make the mistake of giving loyalty to the company you work for. Reserve the loyalty to your God and family.

Why you are asking resume or linkin id to give advice ?

Logical wise you should not apply in a company which works on the principle of uncertainty. Every year they will hire and alternate year fire. If employee has option they should majorly focus on company mindset. Attrition rate will sky touch once market improves in Accenture, same thing what happened in 2021. Then next year again full hiring and again next year layoff.

Accenture letting go people on basis of role fitment as well ? If this can happen in IT function with no consideration for upskilling , retraining, then boy ... Accentire is too risky a proposition, otherwise do join happily for a smooth career progression 😊

Natural attrition is also there in every IT company. hence they need to be replaced and hiring is going on. also billable people will rarely be let go.

Firstly I feel for those who lost their jobs due to layoffs. I wanna share few little things on how to sail through corporate world: 1. We live in an era where loyalty find no meaning in CW like the term "Perfection" a non existent. So stop thinking about loyalty as it doesn't matter if 3 or 30 years with your company as they mean business 2. Always focus on reinventing yourself with constant but consistently upskilling and reskilling in your area of interest 3. Stop comparing yourself with peers who has the backing of your boss or super boss My list is big so to put it in a nutshell, think only about your own future based on your skillsets rather than badmouthing past, present or future companies. Simply because you're not the only one so important for them and billions waiting to fill your shoes. So be smart to sail through safely. All the best folks, love you all ♥️

1. I have a offer from Accenture joining date is Nov. 2. I gave interview 1 week back, next day got message on WhatsApp and mail to send documents, Full day HR took my time for documentation. 3. Next day got offer letter and joining location, package is also good. 4. But, now i read 19000 layoffs 😮... really concerned should I join leaving current company as Accenture job is not trustworthy, they take work like gadha😅... i read all negative comments for Accenture....... IT companies are good for freshers for starting carrer i guess....until 30 years age they enjoy.....post that get fucked up😅... this hire, fire, frequent company change, burnt out ..has become Indian IT norms ...how one can settle in life 😢

I given interview in Accenture this week for Spring application framework and the interview got over in 10 minutes and they said you have cleared technical interview and they have scheduled final round next week, shall i join Accenture for spring application framework i'm feeling strange as just a 10 min interview how they judged me and by march-23 only they fired so many people i'm confused, please suggest if you feel they are going by process and about firing for spring application framework

Hello sir, I am a fresher and I'm 24 now. From last 6 months I'm working on SAP in one of top MNC (total exp. 1.5 years) and In my project there is lot of work that a fresher can't handle. My manager looks arrogant, he didn't understand that as a fresher he can't expect 5-6 years exp. Person work from me. He threatened me like if you don't wanna work then will see ask delivery manager or senior project manager to release me. I don't feel comfortable at all now. I'm preparing for Govt. exams now. I'm not financially stable to left the job and start preparing for Govt. Jobs. Please advise 🙏🙏

Its just 2% of workforce ... at any point any company has 5% bench...they will fire and hire again.. and its a top heavy. Hugh number of mds. And Accenture will do it in 18 mo... thats very logical . Truely please leave emotions..and dont forget to skill up persistently

Layoffs are meaningless .As Record no placents are in IITs with record breaking skyhigh packages .so nothing will happen to Indian techies throughout the world due to superior talents merits, skills, knowledge, and expertise of Indians .

I have an interview on Monday for Accenture

After spending 10 years in many companies i must mention IT companies in India sucks...it all depends on client business, you will have bench time, escalation, fights with manager/colleagues..... you will start smoking, health spoilt, will become oldman by 35 years age....... still lurking in the dark..no job security .....if you still interested try to go Germany or some foreign companies work their for 15 years comback and start your business..... working in Indian IT companies is like OX working in field 😅😅 will be fed peanuts, huge work, insecurity......many people remain unmarried due to this😮😮.... remember its 1 life don't waste for these idiots 😉

I've come to know about layoff first of all god help those poor people ❤. Secondly, this is not the only company left please find something else as the CEO didn't stop smiling since she did the layoff it's very dangerous. For people under 30 please prepare for job exams do a startup or invest in something as security. I hope you all fine the job you need but also like.
