Are judges supposed to not be annoying or something? Lol…I think she was awesome. Legal Proceedings aren’t necessarily built for pleasantries - in my opinion.
The reason prosecutors use bad behaviour is because they get away with it in 99% of trials. When juries start holding the prosecution / state to a proper level or higher burden of proof things will never change.. Most jurors think the defense has to prove innocence of the accused, when it's supposed to be on the prosecution to PROVE the case beyond reasonable doubt. If people of any nation want a better trial / legal system then they need to hold the prosecution / prosecutors to a much higher burden of proof, then you will see changes.
I think the prosecutor did a great job, no need to pacify a cold blooded child killer.. these monsters need straight forward communication and to be called out for their BS.
My guess is that this allows the jury to hear how a testimony is given - in other words, let the Witness destroy any reputable qualities of their answers.
