@@polly6336 it's crazy that it's legal tbh. I've definitely lost respect for this channel for promoting this. If someone gets k*lled because of information from this site I would hate to be this channel
I see that she's now acting all helpless and making the judge explain things over and over because she's never had to defend herself pro se on a murder charge and doesn't know what to do. She's trying to wear down the opposition and it's hilariously not working.
She refused to listen to her attorneys whom basically told her she has little defense and that she should negotiate a plea deal to avoid the death penalty.
I believe Charles Ng of the awful murders he did w/Leonard Lake is up there too re going thru appointed lawyers - total of 10, albeit, a couple were put back on the case * one of the most expensive trials in CA history
She records it, when she knew she was going to let him die?? Nah. She was apparently drunk and fell asleep. Seems she’s guilty of something other than 1st degree.
@@DrivenA111she’s not up for 1st degree murder. She’s up for second degree (not premeditated) murder. Although she SHOULD be up for 1st degree, because, yeah, she did mean to kill him.

Hasn't she had 4 years to prepare? Just because she hasn't done anything to help herself doesn't mean she's helpless. She's gone through 8 lawyers for gods sake. We've been waiting long enough imo.
This channel could pay a recently released female jail inmate to tell tales about Ms Boone's behavior with guards & other inmates. I doubt she is in protective isolation.
You said it. Have you seen any of the videos made about how she behaves in the Orange County Jail? She's a nightmare..... no matter where she is or who she is dealing with. The staff claim she is constantly trying to manipulate and stirring up trouble.....
@@pedromunoz5630what’s your take on her taunting Jorge as he died in the suitcase? Was that fair? Since we’re discussing what is fair, how fair was Jorge’s murder?
I'm glad Judge Kraynich doesn't take her crap like Judge Wooten did. For her to tell the judge TO HIS FACE that he's wasting her time and that his ordering her to go pro se is "illegal", is just...wow. *_Wow._*
Oh gosh yes - I’ve been thinking that a lot myself! I remember when I first saw her on bodycam (when she was outside talking about hide and seek blah blah blah) and her voice and exaggerated fascia expressions made me hate her from the jump…I can’t imagine being a juror for this trial. And now that she’s repping herself, this is going to be an absolute gong show
Her cold harsh voice when she was talking to her boyfriend begging to be let out. There is no fate for her that would make me feel a shred of sympathy. None.
No one forced Sarah Boone into representing herself except for herself. The judge stated she is more than welcome to obtain her own legal counsel at this point, though I doubt she will.
That's the thing, she has no money; but I guess she thought at some point she'd be able to fundraise or get out on bond to pressure her ex-husband into subsidizing her again, and I guess maybe being difficult with public defenders would be some 8th dimensional gamer move to stall.
@@barrag3463 She legitimately thinks she has throngs of adoring fans who all clamor for her release. So she made a GoFundMe to hire a lawyer, setting the goal at $1 million. .....She raised $5. Copied from the GFM page, verbatim: "Qualified Counsel for Sarah Boone: An attorney who will accept her case, take on her representation, follow her lead, see, accept, and love her for who she is, and what she has accomplished. An attorney who will ensure that at all stages of proceedings, Sarah feels cared for, confident, positive, safe, secure, well-regarded, admired, attractive, intelligent, artistic, capable, competent, witty, warm, charismatic, accomplished, youthful, charming, adored, certain, and victorious." Attractive. Youthful. *_Artistic?_* She doesn't want a lawyer, she wants a hype man.
She was apparently drunk though. I think she fell asleep. I don’t see how that’s premeditated. She records it, when she knew she was going to let him die?? Nah
@@DrivenA111 there's her problem - she wasn't blacked out paralytic - he was asking to be let out and she was responding to him ... now IF she hadn't responded, then things would be a little bit different - but ..... hey ho!
@@DrivenA111Doesn’t matter. Her not meaning to kill him is not a defense. Her negligent actions led to his death. It’s like when a drunk person gets behind the wheel. They don’t do it with the intention of killing someone, but since they are making the decision to drive while impaired, they are responsible just the same.
@@DrivenA111 Intent is not necessarily a factor in premeditation. He told her he couldn't breathe and to let him out. She refused. She had plenty of time (she took time to record the incident) to reconsider and listen to what he was saying, she refused to stop her actions. But she's charged with second, not first.
She was not “forced” to give up her right to an attorney, the judge was very clear that she forfeited, through her conduct, her right to a COURT appointed attorney. She still has the right to an attorney, but she has to pay for one, and cannot abuse the system since she ran through and ran off every court appointed free attorney she had.
Just to be clear, “court appointed attorneys” aren’t a right, either. You must qualify for one. If you have financial means you can’t just say “give me a free public defender” and get one. That’s not how the judicial system in the US works, regardless of what they show on tv.
She killed her bf, treated multiple lawyers so badly that they had to withdraw. And she still believes nothing is her fault and everyone is being unfair to her
Her GoFundMe made it very clear why she refused to work with any of her attorneys. She wrote, verbatim: "Qualified Counsel for Sarah Boone: An attorney who will accept her case, take on her representation, follow her lead, see, accept, and love her for who she is, and what she has accomplished. An attorney who will ensure that at all stages of proceedings, Sarah feels cared for, confident, positive, safe, secure, well-regarded, admired, attractive, intelligent, artistic, capable, competent, witty, warm, charismatic, accomplished, youthful, charming, adored, certain, and victorious." Oh, is that all?
I think the best part about this is the fact that we will actually get to see the defense strategy that eight other attorneys thought was unacceptable to bring to trial.
@@Chadillac-xq7xkA suitcase she could have tried to get rid of. It was a horrible mistake. She records it, when she knew she was going to let him die?? Nah
The judge warned Boone at least twice she might be representing herself if she kept having problems with her lawyers. For her to now say she doesn’t understand why she’s denied a lawyer blows my mind. I guess she thought she’d be allowed to play games forever. Can’t wait to see how miss know it all lawyers.
This woman makes me sick. Protracted trial for a clearcut crime such as this is simply injustice for victim and family as well as a waste of resources.
It is the system. To tell a defendant they cannot have a lawyer is almost unprecedented. So the court and the judge had to build a record that shows she had EVERY chance possible. She is going to lose. That is 100%. So they need to have a great record to squash her appeals. If they rushed through this she could get off in the appeal. This is serious stuff.
@@justincrowley8787 I think so too - they are all going well out of their way to bend over backwards to ensure more than they need to provide - and even the prosecution is giving her details to make sure that it doesn't go to appeal. Normally the pro se would just be told that they are expected to know the rules of the Court, especially for a Jury trial because the Judge isn't going to waste a Jury's time - but they really are being helpful and giving her more time from the Investigator - heck, the Judge even gave her his JAs phone number (lol I'd have killed him personally if that had been me 😆) So yes, I agree - better long and thorough and proper justice at the end of it
She's not being denied counsel she's being denied tax payer funded counsel after being appointed *8* and firing them all. Many of them cited ethics concerns with what she had asked them to do that speaks volumes.
And in the interview with the police, she said to officers "I didn't even sleep last night", which, in her own words, means she was awake, as Jorge was dying in that suitcase. I hope that comes out during the trial!
We'll see if he covers his bases during the trial to keep Sarah Boone reeled in any not make a mockery of the court and have to be excused for not keeping order in the court.
I wonder how horrible she was to him before she killed him. If she treated him half as bad as she treated these lawyers, then I am going to guess that she was the abuser.
Jorge was arrested multiple time for domestic violence against her, but her ex husband, Brian, also stated that she [Sarah] would instigate and then play victim, so I think it was just a toxic relationship built on shared alcoholism and codependency.
@bjkarana Probably. Unfortunately, one of them ended up dead. And with the ex stating things like that, then we may find she was the aggressor. I knew women who would "play fight" and then call the cops on their partner. I knew one who literally scratched herself down her own arms and said it happened when he tried to take her and tie her up. 🙄 Her behavior now is showing some colors of that type of person. Don't get me wrong, I wrote a whole book on what happens after surviving domestic abuse, but they are out there.
@@mikeJohnson-ie2mdhave you seen the bodycam for other incidents in 2019? She would call the cops, not want to press charges, they would have to arrest him because of how Florida law works and she would tell jorge she'll sort it out. The difference in behaviour with the cops and when jorge is there is very telling. She was the instigator in the relationship and jorge was dependent on her. She's horrible
Worst part is she doesn't even think she should be charged with anything. It was an inconvenient unintentional accident that should just be forgotten. She slipped up and killed the guy, and thinks it's just ok. What a lame excuse for a human being.
She acts like she knows everything while also being a victim in every situation while also not taking accountability for ANYTHING ..this will be entertaining
This is going to be a fun ride watching her flounder in court lol She'll be Darrell Brooks level incompetent and uncooperative to anything the judge says.
Poor child, those first years of his life around her must have been very hard. If the two grown men around her couldn’t deal with her, and her brother is apparently estranged at this point, imagine how hard must have been for that poor child.
This woman is horrible and has earned her fate she’s abused every single person in her life from all accounts and 4 years in jail hasn’t changed anything so there for she needs to learn a lesson
Not without discovery she hasn’t,.. I’m not siding with her . BELIEVE ME , I’m not. She’s a narcissistic nut job who belongs in prison . BUT she DOES need these things to properly prepare.
Right?! She just been sitting there like it's a vacation? Lol we know she's been busy with the dictionary and thesaurus with all the legal definitions she puts in her letters 🫠
@@alisha_madariaga except that she's had access to the discovery through her lawyers - as was proven when she tried to accuse the last one of lying - and there it was - her own writing all over the notes! She's not had access to it personally - but she has seen what is there and has had her hands on it - and discussions with her former counsels. I know you're not siding with her - I'm just saying that she kind of has - but, just like the laptop with all of it digitalised - it's not how "SHE" wants it - so it's not real.
imagine if you're relative's killer was claiming she 'constantly' and 'never stopped' helping the very person that she is the sole person responsible for the end of their life. then started complaining she wasn't being treated fairly the entire justice process for it and even claimed she was still helping them by simply being in the interrogation room. 🤦♂🤦♂
I've been following this case for years now, and it's hard to express just how excited I am for Sarah to represent herself. I thought that, of ALL the times to NOT represent yourself, this was it. But apparently, she was willing to put in the effort to make it happen. Should be an amazing trial. This level of humiliation is the closest to justice anyone could've given her anyways
This is one of those situations where someone that is so used to manipulating everything around them is finally faced with a situation that they cannot manipulate and they are forced to face the music. Even if we don't account for the heinous act that got her here, everything she's done up to this point has rendered her immune to anyone feeling sympathy for her even if they have a cursory knowledge of the case.
When you have a public defender known to deal (and successfully so) with difficult clients who also withdrew from her case, something is definitely wrong. Never mind the fact that she went through 8 public defenders... You reap what you sow. You made this bed yourself? Sleep in it.
@anitamartini5144 I thought I heard the judge use the word “plea” today when he talked about the meeting for her to see evidence. He didn’t say there would be one, but I think there may be an offer. 🤷🏻♀️ It has been a long time with her stunts.
@anitamartini5144 Jorge’s family is also tired of her and of how many things she says about him. The other day in a chat there was someone close to the family saying how devastated they are because of how much she has attacked him. They must know she will make a circus of that trial and will use it to degrade him even more, maybe they would agree to a plea and be over with her.
@@dtzero0 probably some of those 8 lawyers suggested she do that. She’s too much of a narcissist. I bet she could’ve pled guilty to manslaughter at some point, but too late now. She’s going to be locked up for a LONG time. The upside for her is that at least she’s sober!
She really the embodiment of that little bratty kid mentality. "I DONT WANT IT!" "Ok then I wont give this toy to you." "Why wont your give me the toy? Why are you being so mean?" Like, they gave her lawyers, she rejected the lawyers, and then had the nerve to say "So it comes down to defending myself on only 62 days?" Like girl... They gave you an entire limozeens worth of lawyers and you turned them all down, what did you think was going to happen?
It's hilarious that she thinks she's in control as if she is in fact an attorney rather than in the custody of the state. She truly thinks deserves special consideration because she's untrained in the law. She's was going to lose anyway but now she's going to lose spectacularly
Classic narcissistic personality disorder. The idea that someone knows better than she does is so psychologically painful that she will openly belittle and disrespect anyone that reminds her she is out of her depth. More importantly I'm sure this trial is painful for her because she is not in control of it which is part of what these theatrics are about as well
You know, if she pled guilty to voluntary manslaughter she’d actually be almost half way done with her sentence now. I am not an attorney so I don’t know that it’s possible in FL, but anything would have been better than this.
She claimed her boyfriend was an alcoholic, but I didn't hear if she said she was also an (obvious) alcoholic. But her boyfriend unfortunately learned the hardest way not to ever put your life into the hands of an alcoholic, lest you end up zipped up in a suitcase with them laughing at you while you suffocate to death because they're detached from reality
None of her attorneys were willing to commit judicial misconduct just because Boone asked them to. So it's fitting that she should have to represent herself since she insists on employing an bogus defense.
@@ST-rj8iu She isn’t going to, hopefully. She has been offered multiple lawyers and found issue with all of them. She’s playing the system and she came up against a judge who won’t play.
Many prisoners graduate from college while in jail/prison. Perhaps Sarah should have worked on a Law degree instead of griping about her lawyers to the extent that she no longer has one.
@@Tammy_26Irwin to be fair though - the county jail has a library which has law books - she could have been reading them and finding out about how things work so that she knew - even when she had a counsel, it's still useful to know what the process is etc - rather than bleat and moan they aren't doing anything when they are turning up to the hearings that she's now bleating and moaning about having to be at!
