she was warned she might not be able to access sensitive government documents from her prison cell if she represented herself, and now she's all shocked-pikachu-face that she can't access the sensitive government documents they warned she wouldn't be able to access
The judge is going to have to walk her through the entire trial because she's not educated in any way in the law and has probably never even sat in as a juror. I don't think judge Wooten was equipped to deal with her but I don't think much of him as a human being. When my ex-husband and I moved from Florida I had to hire a lawyer for my ex, and judge Wooten happily accepted the money and then 3 months later said they couldn't work anymore on the case because he's trying to get elected as a judge. He kept the money even though he didn't do anything for the case. And I just can't imagine him preparing to be elected as a judge, he had to know prior to that he was wanting to be a judge. Ethics or not judge Wooten strong suit. At least I have some satisfaction knowing he had to deal with her all these years before he was replaced. It doesn't sound like this judge will play. You know once she's found guilty it's going to be the fact that she's not a lawyer is why she was convicted and nobody listened to her.😂
@@cat3309 This case has been so tramatizing. She heard him struggle for air in that suitcase and did not save him. When she said it was an accident and that she had been drinking. Who locks someone up in a suitcase in the first place. Yet they are letting her have a voice for too long. She has to realize what has happened.
She's loving the attention. She will string this out as long as possible. Adding to the suffering of the family, annoying the court, and wasting taxpayers money. A psychopathic narcissist.
When I watched the video of her arrest and initial police interview my first thought was "I pity the public defender who gets stuck with this one." My pity now goes out to this poor long-suffering judge.
@@TinaWindham-r3n don’t put this on the victim. I’m guessing based on your comment you have not seen the video footage she took on her phone of him calling her name telling her he can’t breathe while in the suitcase, and her taunting him. She’s guilty.
She reminds me of someone who raised me. They weren’t an alcoholic but they were never wrong. And even when they were factually proved to be wrong, they still weren’t wrong, everyone else was, they weren’t hard to get along with everyone else was. Very miserable people.
Did they ever apologize insincerely just to stop talking about it? Bc the one I live with says "fine, forgive me" in the quickest and most careless voice ever and then still tries to defend her incorrect opinion.
@@heavenlytoned5998 you didn’t ask for my advice so hopefully I’m not crossing the line when I ask if you and the other person have considered counseling together or solo? My spouse (m44) and I have had to go through a lot to realize they have poor emotional management skills, they mean well but their emotions start to control them when conversations get escalated. Part of this looked like defending something even if it turned out to be wrong or didn’t apply to the situation. Counseling has been great and it’s covered by a lot of insurance plans. 💛
@@SolisSolaris I definitely think some kind of counseling or therapy is needed, but she's completely against any of that. I'm still trying to think of a way to bring it up to her again. It's my mom btw, so she's convinced she knows better than me.
Or hearing "That's my name don't wear it out" She's way over her head. She still think's she's smarter than a lawyer and she will get herself out of this mess. She should take a plea deal cause now she will get the maximum.
She did a horrible thing to that poor man. Tricked him to get in the suitcase and listened to him begging to get out, then slept and he died a horrible terrifying death. She needs to spend all her days in a tiny cell and think of what she did.
It’s so bad. The part that haunts me the most is the fact that she pushed him down the stairs in the suitcase. Her neighbor said the sound was clearly something bad happening to someone. They felt the impacts through the wall.
@@hesayshesayhowboutmesayI always thought she tricked him into case by a brine, then started torturing him, pushed down stairs, that in those cheap places have zero padding, and then 🎥 herself verbally busing him, left him with a cheerio and stumbled off to bed..
@@NinaCali0 I think it is fair that she has them taken off during her trial, yes. Hey I don't like this evil, wicked, heartless, selfish woman any more than you do - she beat and tortured Jorge to death which is unforgivable and she is going to prison for ever imo, but without handcuffs she will have her tazer cuff on. One false move and she is TOAST. I cannot wait for her trial and sentancing - as we all are. We're all looking for justice for poor Jorge. That man suffered.
@@pinkpyjamas-ey6rw Ya he definitely had one of the worst ways out of this world. He suffered a very long time. So horrific. But I get what you’re saying.
“Did you have a conversation with miss tracy hall?” “No, I don’t know who that is, I spoke to officer hall”. She’s the perfect example of why alcohol is bad, she hasn’t drank in a couple of years now and her brain is still well and truly pickled.
Ted Bundy was the perfect example of a born psychopath. Darrell Brooks was the perfect example of a Sociopath. Jodi Arias was the perfect example of BPD. I think Sarah is the perfect example of Narcissism. She just has a delusional image of herself and she consistently moves the goalpost, lies, manipulates and then when called out she isn’t remotely phased by her integrity being questioned. She’s a bottomless pit of self obsession and self pity. And I still kinda feel bad for her…. She’s toxic
And you need to open a book and read the process and rights guaranteed. Your "logic" would have her free in a heartbeat. That's not how court works in any way or form
No lawyer could help this woman. She made a video of a man pleading for his life all the while she is laughing and mocking him. Not much a lawyer could do in her case
Yep, I don’t know how she could’ve made him get in the suitcase but her passing out was why he died. It’s like blaming one drunk over the other one for bad behavior.,like be sober next time you are watching a suitcase with your bf in it.,they were both train wrecks.
@@TinaWindham-r3n apparently her boyfriend voluntarily got in the suitcase, & it's not difficult to open the zipper from the inside. I bet she's not going to think about trying to prove this scenario.
@@DonaldBullinger-if1kjdid you not see her interrogation with the detectives? She literally laughed at him when he was pleading for his life and asking to be let out. She even said she was getting him back for the stuff he did to her. She has no chance
I wonder how many times daily she calls her ex-husband. He seemed to be her go-to before jail. I mean, she called him before she called 911 that fateful day.
Sarah during her trial: “Your Honor I Demand you hold my witness in contempt of court because we rehearsed a Narrative and it was purposely not delivered in a manner helpful to my not guilty verdict”.
I bet the reason she went through so many lawyers is because each one recommended a plea deal of probably 20 plus years because of how screwed she is. She thinks she will win this case 😂
It's like a different type of entitlement. Both believe they're the smartest one in the room. However, Brooks believed he was superior to everyone in the court. He should just automatically be treated better than any other defendant because he is just better, which is why he volunteered to be his own lawyer. Boone thinks shes the victim, everyone is against her and it's everyone else's fault that she looks bad rn, she's being discriminated against because this isn't working for her
She tortured and killed her boyfriend leaving him locked up in a suitcase. She has the audacity to ask the Judge at the trial she needs manoeuvrability & not to cuff and chain her ankles!!
If I couldn’t open files, I’d make note of how many files I couldn’t access, what the names of the files are, what the exact error code I’m seeing is etc. It’s BS and a stalling tactic only
I am pretty sure she realized that when she made the flyer advertising for an attorney to pick up her case followed up with her filing a request to the judge to appoint standby council 😂 it's just too late
Geee.... Almost like you need to have someone that has a private workplace and time to work on your case. Oh well.... You get to be the 9th lawyer yourself. Ha ha
After all of this bending over backwards to get her all the discovery materials, I'm really anxious to hear what brilliant motions, points, arguments, objections etc... that she'll put forth as her own counsel. Especially, about the video evidence that SHE recorded of her killing her BF.
Almost five years and still in the local JAIL.😮😮😮😮 I wonder what the longest time a person, charged with a crime, has spent in the Local Jail before being sent to Prison??? Which of the two have the worst conditions??
Sarah only cares about sarah she dont care that shes wasted tax payers money she only cares about her getting a defense so sarah doesn't have to pay for what sarah has done. After all sarah is innocent she and her bf may he rest in peace were playing hide and seek and shes not respondible although he was screamong her name saying he cant breathe as she was taunting him. Its not her fault its everyone elses. Whats sad is she has all these rights whil2 Jorge and tax payers are the ultimate victims
