Every ace combat you spend the entire game fighting some military just to be like “oh shit they tricked us” and then on the last mission you work together and fly through something narrow lol
You think Megalith, Chandelier, Avalon Dam, and Skies of Deception's island with Shock Cannon don't have tunnel? Then play more Ace Combat. The only one Ace Combat think don't have tunnel is AC Joint Assault where Sulejmani is ready to kick your ass.
Depending on what drone you kill first you will get a different reaction from the other one. If you kill hugin first, munin will fly slowly as it is in shock sort of. If you kill munin first, hugin flys faster, shoots more missiles, and is unpredictable. Like he is enraged over the loss of his brother.
25:15 Wit: "Is he really that good of a pilot?" Trigger: I splashed half your squad, and the man who trained Yellow 13, in an A-10 I may add, while he flew a stupid-advanced and highly agile X-02S. You do the math.
@@mobius2830 no will do, ace combat identic to infinity missile shoot but in ww2 there's no missile so the space is more understandable and I kinda want to play it.
Personally, with how butchered AC3 was for the US release, I'd like to see complete remake of AC3. It's the next game in the timeline, it connects the pilotless/AI aspect of the game, and this time the US playerbase isn't averse to ANIME so no need to cut material and story.
It's always Belka, they are responsible for the last 3 or more wars. Next time someone gets randomly attacked, everyone should just team up and curbstomp Belka "just in case"
@@GeneralWildDog you do know that pixy and cipher are belkans and so was pops from ace combact 5 and zero. There on the good side so does that mean we hat to kill three piots who are heroes.
@Tron Mcknight So we genetically remove their Belkan traits as a token of our gratitude. As for Solo Wing Pixy, he attempted to drag the world into a nuclear winter, it's good to watch Cipher beating some sense into his brain in final mission of Zero.
@@clarencedelacruz7822 welp nevermind... Its like playing ac 5 with belkan backstory before 0 got released and once it did, everyone already expected the nuke part. Either that or play all ac games up to this point while anticipating the remake of ac 3 electrosphere which would be a real plot instead of simulated
Nah my guy. That isn't the plot of ace combat. I'm pretty sure it's: big astroid coming to hit earth, and every country made big pp guns to shoot it down. After astroid was taken care of, in this world without nukes, all the countries with big pp guns said "hey. What if we used these big pp guns against each other?" And that's how this world continues is in continuous war without ending everything like ours would be.
@A Spooky Biscuit whoa, really? So it didn't work even with carrier-based planes (like Hornets, Flanker-D, etc)? Note: i am yet having AC7, so I don't know
Imagine a survival mode that takes place in an alternate ending where the drones had succeeded in uploading the data. Every ace across all ace combat games that would still be alive and able-bodied at the time the game takes place with trigger and mobius one leading the charge against an onslaught of adf-11fs... that would be intriguing to say the least.
To be honest a smaller scale version of this could/should be the next in the series. AI controlled drones would make the smallest nation capable of mass mayhem. Belka. I got my eyes on you. The Second Belkan War has too nice a ring too it for me not to be suspicious of the Strangereal Boogeymen.
I liked how the message of "what is a nation" was telling the Belkans to stop clinging to their homeland and revenge, to stop starting new wars. Mihaly is like us, we crave new battles and we want new wars in Strangereal so we can take to the skies. Our time might be coming to an end.
I see the resentment from AC0 and the group "A World With No Boundaries" is still kicking around. Maybe they will be the source of the next conflict in Strangereal?
@@heavyc4450 Ace Combat 3 was a simulation. Plus, with the way the overall plot has been redeveloped since then, the main story of AC3 is more than likely retconned, even though the planes, technology, characters and factions are cemented in canon. Simply put, Ace Combat has become less about arcade-style plotlines, and more about the countries and their conflicts, both internal and international.
I can't clearly make out what happens in that. It's too fast to really tell. But the missile definitely hit Count, cause his plane got pretty banged up. Plus you do catch a glimpse of something falling. I've given up trying to figure out what happened.
Blunt Honesty 86 Its her helmet that’s falling. Likely it just knocked it off of her head and she probably was able to deploy a reserve parachute after the missiles hit.
It hit Count's plane, Cossette is just near the explosion and it blew her helmet off (Somehow). It's still not too far fetched that the suit protected her enough and making her survive.
@@lyonvensa when Avril asked cosette if she can put the pressurized suit on, Avril was definitely hinting that Cosette didnt put the suit right and the helmet blew right off when explosion reached her
53:27 "When history witnesses a great change, Razgriz reveals itself......first as a dark demon. As a demon, it uses its' power to rain death upon the land, and then it dies. However, after a period of slumber, Razgriz returns.....this time as a great hero." The legend of the Razgriz still lives on even in this game. For Kei Nagase and the rest of the Ghosts of Razgriz......that bridge of peace is reforged in the end....by them.
@Titan Noire Considering there is a "Kei Nagase" joins the renegade group Ouroboros in Ace Combat 3, Nagase is REALLY mad at Usean Continent and everyone who lives there. She is going to kill them all like Doomguy genocide demons.
@@birchtree5884 in never got the explanation. For it to be murder you have to prove intent. An Accident isn't murder. If anything he MIGHT guilty of manslaughter, but manslaughter can only be proven if shown a man died due to incompetence and poor judgement. Which he does not, or why would they sned him in to spearhead the mission? If anything he would be grounded and they would take his wings. Not imprisonment. Oh and the commander who sent the rookie pilot on the mission like that would not be a commander anymore. LOL
With all the flash backs this kind of feels like it could be the last game in the series. Hope not, because this series is one of the reasons I love gaming.
Home. Hopefully to never fight again, and either retire or fly in peacetime. You don’t see what happens on the ground. From up in the sky it’s difficult to get a sense of just how many people military and civilian die in each of these games. And what of the battles we don’t see? Truly horrifying to actually think about. Multiplying each ground vehicle kill by 3. Adding one dead for every F-14 or other two seater. Counting out the crews of every bomber or transport or helicopter.
I shed a tear 3 times during the campaign, 1st was when tabloid died, 2 was when they mentioned Andersen and Razgriz's final take off from Kestrel, 3 When Kei Nagase came back. That some lovely fan service right there. Would've shed another tear if Mihaly was actually Cipher.
Not even in Mother Russia, they kinda had a collision between their only aircraft carrier and the only dock which can repair their only aircraft carrier :)
The carrier would have to be moving for jets to takeoff in real life. Jets are also suppose to be designed to take the stress of landing on a carrier along with a wire grip to slow them down. It catches a wire, 1 of 4 on the deck.
When Nagase transmission starts who else remembered Chopper's death, Count manage to land his aircraft and bailed out but when flashback comes to your mind that Chopper unfortunately didn't make it as the princess said her last words "Can you hear me?" and the walkthrough is finished as you saved your game and tears start to flow. Thanks for playing Ace combat always made us to play the game with our heart's content.
whenever you hear that extra epic soundtrack playing.. you know this is the final mission. you kinda dont wanna hear it, cause it marks the end of the game..
Ace combat 5 is my favorite, kestrel launch us is my favorit scene in that game. when they talk about that scene in this game make me goosebumps. Salute to Anderseen and Kestrel to accomplish launch Demon Of Razgriz sadely and to end the war.
razgriz demon same! I got all giddy when they mentioned Andersen, the kestrel, the moment of Nagase’s transmission, and even that small mention of Blaze about his take off in the final mission.
I remember when Anderson launched Razgriz Squadron off the deck Blaze barely made it up before the carrier sank. Anderson got them up but he lost Kestrel in the process. Razgriz Squadron won the war and destroyed the SOLG and we saw a young Scrap Queen at the end. Anderson built the space elevator and the city in the clouds to establish peace. Belka tried to destroy that peace and now Trigger needs to restore it.
I felt they were harder than anything else in the series. At least harder to kill anyways. They couldn’t get me but it took forever to get them. But to be honest, I think my biggest enemy was that tower. I kept nearly hitting it while chasing the drones.
53:23. Wait a second. Nagase, kei Nagase.(Kei Nagase in Ace Combat 5 The Unsung War) Oh my god. She still here. She back, i can't belive it.😊😊😊😊😊👍👍👍👍👍💪💪💪💪💪
Sky The Kid i found it the opposite, both really fun games but I found I made more of an emotional connection to the characters in AC6, the story in this wasn’t an emotional rollercoaster like 6 was, 7 is a good game but it felt lacking in comparison to the plot
@@george_3264 I agree. The constant changing of wingman and deaths of many lessend the connection I had with them. The story was all over the place. Mihaly could've been developed more with the trailer hyping him up as an Ace Slayer, but he turned out to be just another Ace. After The Battle of Farbanti, I was more confused rather than hyped up.
I personally enjoyed going through different phases with new squadrons, it helped that they kept Count by your side and you could see his growth as a character. But the missions in AC7 definitely outshine AC6, chasing the SSTO's through the storm was insane.
@@ark14700 I agree with this. Going through new squadrons was a good experience and count made it more comfortable. I wish we could've kept the other inmates with us though. They died off too quickly.
39:43 these feels of the last battle coming, no matter what nation if is friendly or not together to fight against something bigger or more powerful (ADF-11F)
Sol squadron when you first face them with Mihaly: really frickin agile pilots with great aim and agility When they work with Oseans: just like any other useless friendly like count, only their to say LOCKING ON
Aquila in the Yellow Squadron will always be the the most memorable boss fight in all Ace Combat history, Yellow 13 put up the bravest fight. Ace Combat 4: Shattered Skies
The moment the princess says “beacon of light” and her voice echoed, I was expecting a real epic anime styled song to play but then it went to the cutscene 😭
@@HansAlRachid Hah!! Good going then = )! Me personally is a HUGE Ace Combat fan! I have all of them for Ps2 only though. Ace Combat 5 being my favorite! Check it out if you can! I only found out about Project Wingman two weeks ago though lol. Right now I am killing it like crazy with unlimited allies MOD and etc! Honestly? Project Wingman is better than most Ace Combat games in my opinion. And it was done only by like what......2 to 3 people? That's AMAZING!!!! I mean the game itself is polished as hell! So how can only one person could have done such colossal work perfectly under such coherent timely manner!? This is just amazing lol.
After beating this game twice, I wonder if there will be more aircraft? I miss having different variants of one aircraft like AC5 and Infinity. I hope there will be free DLC for additional aircraft because I was looking forward to fly the AV8B, F-16C/D or even the F/A-18E. I am looking forward the expansion mission DLCs to come out in the near future based on what the developers said in their interviews.
I bet this is my second time beating it I'm on mission 7or 8 but I'm glad I took down master x oof it was hard for me but it help with my skills for the game
I hated fighting those danm drones, pulling off high g turns and dodging my misses.... assholes, especially since you have less ammo in this game than others to spend.
You go against the real drone like X47, you will go down before you know it. The sky is already belongs to the drone. In another 2 decades the AI and high ECM resistance datalink will totally manned crews useless.
Don't forget the fact that in this mission non-naval planes can somehow operate off a carrier. Not just Trigger's jet, you can see two static F-15s on the deck for some reason.
(37:44) We interrupt this showing of Ace Combat 7 to bring you Terminator 3 Rise of the Machines. (The Strangereal Edition lol.) Quick somebody find John Connor lmao.
Same here love it. I'm using a fat PS4 and its running well. I also got a lil' strain on my neck and wrist after finishing the game XD. My friends told me I tend to move my hands and neck whenever I moved my plane. ^_^
"That plane looks familiar Pix.. Pix.. Pixy?!? Is that you I thought you died 15 years ago?" "That's fucking Pixy get as much distance away from that plane as you can NOW!!" 😳that brought chills to me Pixy was a legend
