I just don't understand why they feel the need to have such a convoluted plan. If they just said they were going to be at this other festival and sold higher priced tickets that included a meet and greet there wouldn't be a problem. the most they'd get roasted for is maybe having it in lancaster, but even that they could defend by saying they wanted a meet and greet near Austin's hometown. Why are they compulsive liars and scammers, and why does everything have to be such a huge spectacle??

People CAN sue for false advertising by displaying this other carnival and claiming it to be their own

My theory is that in their video updating on their life they said they’re going to go traveling. They are drowning in lawsuits and foreclosures so they’re doing a fake event, pocketing the money, then traveling to perhaps a country without extradition

Madcaster has a fundraiser and he’s going to fly over there to livestream it and hopefully put the questions to it! If you could shout out his fundraiser it would easily hit the total, everything extra gets donated to an animal charity and if it doesn’t hit the goal it all gets refunded.

That is almost genius, they can just say "we sold 50k tickets!" and then refer to all the people who are there, for anything BUT the ace family. In reality, they probably only have a contingent of like 500-1000 tickets. Just assumptions of course, but it would fit the whole story.

My prediction is that they are going to cancel the event. They are going to say that the venue won't let them hold it there anymore because of all the calls from drama channels.

If they are just signed up as vendors for the event then what they are doing isn't illegal. It's just incredibly fucked up and disingenuous. I am convinced that they just straight up hate their fans. They selling tickets to an already established event for over 10x the original price. These guys shouldn't have fans. These guys are constantly scheming of ways to take your money.

What's the refund policy on the ace fest tickets? Wouldn't be surprised if it's canceled and refunds aren't given due to a scummy technicality in the terms.

If they have a partnership or contract with the original event organizer, there is nothing illegal about reselling the tickets with a big markup. Imoral? Perhaps. Illegal? No. With that being said, if the Ace Fest event they are promoting does not actually fulfill on what they promised in the website, that could be fraud. But other than that, if the event doesn't flop, I'm sure nothing will happen. They are basically acting as a marketing agency for the original event and keeping a commission on each ticket sale . Even if its a HUGE commission, no one is forced to buy it and those who do will get their estimated value back (again, assuming the event doesn't flop). And yes they could have bought it cheaper, but without the Ace Fest marketing they would probably have never known of the event in the first place.

I grew up in the antelope valley just north of Lancaster and 98 is a litttle low I’ve seen it get consistently above 110 during July when summer is really at its peak

I think they are selling “premium” tickets to the existing event. For example, the existing festival has entry fees and fees for the rides. The Ace Fest tickets might just be providing priority to ace family fest wristband holders. This would make sense. Although it’s very shady not to disclose that

I’ve been to events that are two different groups sharing a lot (carnival lot & event lot) and they usually will have someone at the entrance to scan tickets for both areas. If you have tickets to both events you can go back and forth, if you have only one ticket then you just stay in the area on your event but you can see the other even going on right next to you. They’re usually a carnival and some holiday event or festival going on next to each other.

Your spending $450 on a cheap stuffed animal prize, a quarter bag of chips, a 4 hour line for a 2 sec autograph, a bottle of water and 1 ride on a hot, slow ferris wheel. Instead of $15 and about $20 for food and $10-20 for games. People will still go sadly lol

My concern with the ace fest taking place in the same carnival lot as the art festival, and being integrated into it is… all the people who bought tickets for ace fest are going to be majorly disappointed by it but I fear they may take it out on the art festival as well, because they’re sharing the same space? It seems that if this does go terribly wrong the ace fest will just blame the art fest. It just has a bad vibe all around and I hope that although they are sharing the same space they are very two separate events, but we shall see…

Actually Madcatster recording the call center of the venue might not be illegal since most call centers record the calls anyway and I think since both parties know the call is recorded on one side the other side recording doesn’t breach any privacy so I think the law would be on his side
