Eka Pada Koundinyasana I is a difficult arm balance and sometimes, a creative approach is the best way to tackle these challenging poses.
In this 20 minute Iyengar Yoga sequence, you'll explore the building blocks of this flying splits pose. You'll also learn how to modify the asana to make it more accessible and what to practice to develop the strength and stamina needed for the classical asana.
We'll go through it step by step, in typical Iyengar Yoga fashion!
