Hey, I wish you well in your recovery process! I tore my left Achilles 6 years ago when I was 25. I Fully recovered and even increased my vertical jump as I am a basketball player. Well recently I tore my right one so I am going through the rehab process as again. I’m 31 now with more knowledge so I’m more determined than ever! Just wanted to encourage you and know that Jesus is with you through it all! Stay encouraged and great video content! Thank you for sharing! Very inspirational

Studying all your process and i am impressed from the accuracy in explaining details both in physical exercises and mental approaching them. I would ask you: - how much time partial rerupture taked to heal so to be able to start again from pre-rerupture level (maybe 3 weeks approximately?)? - i see you tried Hoka Bondi, but used to run in Asics GT and NB Hero to hike. Which shoe is the best in your opinion just to walk around every day? I know everyone is different, just to have your sensations. Last and sorry for too many questions, is it normal to have sharp pain when trying one single leg calf raise not assisted? I am now at 14 weeks post surgery (8 without crutches) and doing many stuff of hell raises (double assisted only for balance), but single only assisted. There is so much difference when i try single leg heel's raise without assisted forms because i feel maybe i got enough strenght to get up a little bit, but the feeling of sharp pain is still present. I am running and skipping in the pool, doing step up and single calf raises in the pool, but when outside still much work to do and a bit limping in my walk. It hurts in the final frame of my step and i feel stiff and scared each step i do. Walking fast hurts more and walking long is better because my tendon warms up and gets less stiff. Thank you, have a good day

Glad you had such a great trip! I have been to both Bryce and Zion before and absolutely love them. I need to visit them again. Also glad the rehab is going well!

Hi there, I'm week 3 non surgical. Im still in the "can't believe it happened to me" stage. What's your take on applying ice for the Achilles rupture. They no longer use ice in the acronym for injury care. Thanks.

I am so sorry that you are going through this injury! I say if ice helps you then I would ice! You are still in the acute phase and ice will help with the swelling and that is important right now. You got this!

What's up with all these weird comments all of a sudden on RU-vid? Good job on Zion I know there's some pretty dangerous hikes up there. I think eventually you will recover 100%. Arms look great by the way
