If only there could be more REAL women with REAL bodies (not with cosmetic surgeries and fake hair) like this lady! I’d rather watch her any day, this is a great workout even though I had to pause it a few times lol (I’m a 44 year old with a kidney/pancreas transplant and enlarged heart) if I can do this without excuses anyone can I believe 🎉🥰
