Acorn Precision Piecing System - How does it work? 

Glue basting is so much better than pins. They are prick free and distortion free. Plus you can phase your work and speed your work under the needle with no need to remove pins or fear shifting. I'm a cheap and use Elmer's washable glue and buy the precision bottles as you demonstrate here on Amazon. I put the Elmer's glue in food service container with narrow nozzle for easy filling. I know many people are leery of glue basting thinking it will damage their machine. I've been glue basting for three years now, and I have NEVER had a problem on any of machines. I save so much time because I can phase my work, rarely have to rip out stitches, and can sew like a mad woman at the machine with my pre pieced pieces. If someone put a gun to my head and said lose the glue and use pins, I would simply not sew. It is so endemic to my work process. Whatever product your viewers wish to use, your demonstration shows the ease and accuracy of employing this technique.

It's ridiculous to not state the ingredients in these products. Also, a true comparison would be with water, water and vinegar, or ordinary spray starch rather than the product versus nothing. Plus, the link is BROKEN.
