Btw guys I forgot to tell you Essenza is on sale right now on FragranceNet at an amazing deal. $50 for 50ml, $70 for 100ml (retail prices are $125 and $175 respectively!). You’d be foolish not to pick it up now!
Just got Intensa this morning. Spritzed it on the way to work. Beautiful citrus and ginger opening that transitioned into a green neroli with woodiness peeking through which dryed down to a smokey, yet clean mild leather woody scent with faint traces of a blend of the previous notes lingering in the distance. It's definitely fresh, classy, masculine and natural smelling. Excited for a full wearing of this one.
@@borroq When you say sporty, do you mean joggers and gym shoes, etc? If so, no, I dont really see it being casual in that sense. But It can definitely go jeans, a t-shirt, sneakers/boots and light jacket casual. It just has a certain clean upscale vibe that seems it'll shine best with styles that fit the scent. But all of this is my opinion, of course. Get a sample of it if you can.
Your review on this fragrance is one of the most informative and it's actually really close to my own impressions, which I'm getting from the scent. Great work, keep it up!
Hi, well I bought the essenza today. I wanted to buy something lighter but I tend to buy the darker sandalwood, Amber, Musk colognes. The ingredients from this house are some of the very best. Prices are down some, picked up 3.4 Oz at Jomashop for 69 bucks. Excellent price. Great review I just discovered you here and will be watching.
One of my favorites. This one is the best the best version of what I'd call "just smells clean and fresh as as hell....like the best Italian barbershop should".
If a guy doesn’t own this one he’s missing out. This frag actually changes as you ware it. Is not linear from beginning to end, actually has a mind of its own. Not really but does react differently on the skin.
I like Essenza for warmer days, but it’s not a crowd pleaser. There is something strong and harsh about it what I like but my gf is not. I also own Intensa but haven’t smelled it yet. I start my flying lessons soon and I want to use it for flights only as people say it’s light, leather and classy just like a plane I will be operating. I really like your reviews, thanks!
Great descriptions thanks. I've just ordered decant samples of both of these and look forward to trying them. I see so many people recommending Essenza particularly. I see you have a few Floris's there. Which ones do you have and like? My favourites are Special 127 and Neroli Voyage. I quite like 89 but find it's total powder dry down a bit one dimensional...
@Jon Stern So how did you like them? I'm trying to decide on a blind buy between the two. I want something more on the refreshing, Summer side, but I want it to have at least pretty good projection... Which one would you recommend? Thanks. 😊
Fantastic comparison! Are both suitable for summer high heat? And would you say either is good for younger guys (early 20's) or are they better suited for an older crowd? Thanks!
Hi thank you for the review. Could you please tell me how Essenza compares to Ferrari Radiant Bergamot, which gets compared to ADP COLONIA quite a bit. So ... Please let me know your thoughts on FRB ×ADPCE
Essenza and neroli voyage are VERY different. Essenza a much more sharp, bold masculine citrus (a gentleman's scent), neroli voyage more buttery and unisex. Intensa and easy wearing watery cedary scent
Do you think that Essenza is suitable for an office enviroment? I bought recently Dior Eau Sauvage EDT, do you think that these two scents are too similar to Eau Sauvage?
How can you seriously enjoy Essenza. This smells like 80 year old grandfather. I got one after listening to many good reviews about it and to me this scent is disgusting. I am close to 40 year old and I like mature scents but this one smells like grey soap from 1985:)
