Thanks Carlos! My favorite part was learning how old this fragrance house is & that Essenza is a reworking of the original Colonia from 1916. I had no idea that this was based on a classic fragrance & that AdP was that old & carried so much tradition. Thank you for the enlightenment!

I loved this video because I have been collecting fragrances more in the last 2 years in the designer realm and have considered entering the niche side and making this fragrance my first niche in my collection as it isn't priced too high, keep up the good work BFL

Great review Carlos, Yes this Is truly an excellent fragrance and it’s so versatile you can wear it pretty much anywhere and all seasons, a true gentleman would wear this and it’s one of the few fragrances that I’ve got through a bottle and had to repurchase.

Love that you mentioned how it opens up outside. That's EXACTLY how I would describe it on me Carlos. Might have something to do with the humidity like with the Varvatos fragrances, but either way, it really changes the complexity.

Nice review! Funny that you're blushing when talking about Essenza. I've sampled it a few times, and have a hard time picking out the notes. I just know it has a great blend of citrus and florals. Would love to get that 50ml bottle!

Carlos, great review of Acqua di Parma Colonia Essenza. I can really see how passionate you are about this fragrance which I love to see. It sounds like a beautiful bright fresh fragrance perfect for this time of year. It is interesting how you experience the citruses indoors in the a/c and the florals outdoors when it is hot out.

I bought a 5ml decant of this a few weeks ago. Such a beautiful scent. Honestly no wonder why you’ve never covered this on because it smells unlike a cologne. Smells like you’ve been bathed in heavenly water. Great video

I just noticed a comment I left when you first released this review and I have no idea why I waited so damn long to get my nose on this one. Ordered from Maxaroma and it arrived today. What a gorgeous fragrance, exactly as you described. My first purchase from this house but definitely not my last. Going to try out their Oud fragrance next. Plus their Italian, fugedaboutit!!!!!!!!!
