I just got an 8550 and this series is the best i have come across. Thanks for the info. I am going to watch more of your videos but do you currently run the same settings as posted here? Also I have an external white tank when setting up the ink will i have to get a chip resetter?

Hi Hangry, I'm lowkey one of those ghost students that have been learning so much from your page. I can't count the number of times I replay your videos just to get things running. Also, I love how practical your posts are, most are well detailed even though some can be lengthy at times :) But, it's still worth every second. So, I have finally been able to setup my Et-8550 Printer (Got this printer due to the recommendation on one of your posts). I got everything ready and set for DTF printing, the last step was purchasing the Acrorip software (It's kinda expensive though, for a software). Now, this is my problem... Acrorip does not print on my PC, it gives the paper-feeder error whenever I initiate a print. It sends the command but the printer never picks up the transfer film. At first, I thought it was the feeder, I looked up every possible suggestion on youtube and tried different approaches but to no avail. Weird thing is, I am able to print normally on both phone and windows using the transfer film, but it never works with Acrorip. This has frustrated me for the past 2 days and I am just about to throw in the towel so before that, I thought it best to post my experience, I'll appreciate any help. It's so frustrating because I had to get a new windows pc since Acrorip does not work on my Mac. Before that, I purchased the Parallels desktop software to run Acrorip but unfortunately the image wasn't loading despite trying multiple file-types.

Thank you for the video. But, you confused me with the set up on the ink channel. I put my ink as follow in the tank: BWCYMW and I used the same setting in Acrorip. The Black and White were flip- So I had to set up ink channels in Acrorip as follow: WBCYMW. This is working perfect! I think I read in the comments someone was confused as well. I hope this message helps anyone who made the same mistake I made. Thanks!

Your videos are so much help ❤ I currently can’t find anything that explains the issue I’m having so I’m hoping maybe you can help… my image is printing mirrored just fine but the white behind it isn’t printing mirrored which is ruining the image all together, have you ever seen this happen? Am I doing something wrong? 😅

Do you have problems with lines/streaks in your prints? If I change bidirectional printing off it helps a little but they are still there

Do I have to buy the wide format program to print 13x19 or can I buy the regular program. ? And do u suggest acrorip or cadlink. I cant figure out what the difference is as im brand new to dtf and these rip programs

My whites keep clogging after one or two prints. Maybe just an hour or two sitting. I'm just getting streaks of white not solid. Power cleaning only works for one or two prints. Please help!!

Can this software work with epson xp 15000?

Hi…My colored image and my white printed separately. I checked both boxes in the print setting as you stated in the video. Any idea of what may be causing this?

I'm using these exact settings and it keeps giving me a print command error white ink empty, it is not empty. I used a previous video that told me to put the ink in as WWCYMK so that's what I did. how do I fix it? I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software and same thing. Something is wrong some where.

hello, I tried the channels that you are using, but when I print an image. black color came instead white. Do you think if i clean that channel, leave it empty and turn it off for ever, will cause any damage th the head printer?. I think i will just work with one channeL (GY)
