This meditation guides you to develop your intuition and sixth sense. In this meditation you meet with your spiritual teacher to awaken your other senses. But the journey itself is as important as the destination in helping you awaken your intuitive wisdom.
To begin with, focus on an area, or key question in your life where you need guidance and clarity.
Through guided relaxation, you journey to a sacred garden where you discover clues about your spiritual path. You meet your teacher, and present them with the key question or area of your life where you need clarity. Your teacher then guides you to choose 1 of 5 objects which you interpret to seek the guidance you need.
The session ends with open time to ask anything you wish of your teacher, master or guide, however you wish to call them. Remember to end the session with gratitude and know that you can return to this session at any time.
