Even if your mind is busy or you are not visual, you can still contact your guide, learn their name and gain answers to questions. In this session, I guide you step by step into a meditative state and to then learn your angel or guide's name.
If you are not visual you may use the sense of actually writing the name, or you may hear it, or see symbols and imagery that show you the name. It may also appear through intuitive means as your mind creates associations from the signs shown to you.
Remember that ritual is so very important here . Follow the same steps for your spiritual practice every time and you will find it gets easier and easier to go into trance state and achieve contact.
