Your intuition always gives clear answers, and can provide a deeper wisdom that the rational mind cannot provide. We are conditioned to value logic and reason above other forms of intelligence but at the cost of our higher divine guidance, our third eye and our intuition. So I guide you in this session to reconnect to your intuition to help you clear confusion, overcome uncertainty and take action with confidence, knowing you are making the right decisions for yourself.
This begins by actively putting the conscious mind to one side. As the conscious mind is the smaller and slower part of the brain, we are losing so much of our wisdom by ignoring our intuition.
I guide you through body relaxation to release any tension you may have about upcoming decisions, to release limiting beliefs, in particular the concepts of scarcity, lack and fear. The body relaxation also serves to help you attune to your body wisdom
I then guide you through connecting and receiving your body’s intuitive guidance, your heart wisdom, your gut response and any third eye or divine download of information.
With practice this process will get easier.
