So, I jumped back into strength training today after slacking off for about 7 months, and wow, did my joints complain! Specifically my hips and joints! Granted, I might have pushed myself a little bit harder than I should’ve coming back into it. I’m so grateful I stumbled upon your recovery yoga video just in time, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer. Feeling heaps better now ! Thanks a million💛

Hi Helen, first time trying this one! Perfect way of recovering after a very active karate day yesterday, thank you as always! (Would you consider doing a video for martial artists, like the ones you've done for basketball players? I run a karate club and would be happy to advise on which areas/stretches would be most beneficial!)
