Thanks for the video Jimmy! I had some suspension parts arrive from Dubai today, genuine Subaru parts, about one third the price the local dealer can do and took only 4 days to be in my hands. Meanwhile stuff I ordered from the same city I live in... has been going back and forth from the local depot and the sorting centre for a week now.

The engine in that gladiator is the fiat 3.0 ecodiesel and it is a hell of a nice motor. Alot of power and really reliable. They are expensive to maintain properly so the ones i see tend to be abused. For context; if that motor fails and needs to be replaced, it is roughly 30k. Take good care of it, and you will never have to worry about it.

I did the exact thing with one of my m18 batteries. Have yet to use it but it’s fully charged and read to go 😂

That Pacifica repair is a HUGE problem that Chrysler rarely covers under warranty anymore. It may be a great help if you were to edit that diag/repair into it's own video for the DIY owners to do it themselves 😊

i used to work at a dealerchip in europe that had jeeps, think the only time i ever saw a non diesel was the awful fuel diluted 1,4 in the renagade and one wrangler with a v8 that was owned by a off road parts company

I have found that Gorilla Glue epoxy works better than JB weld on plastic. Hope that your battery survived because those things are expensive.

If it bleeds it leads. That was a saying a friend who is a news reporter told us is how the news chooses it leading story. People always want to see mechanics screw up a job or rip off a customer. These RU-vid automotive channels that put down other mechanics are just doing it for views.

For smaller gauge wires it’s super handy. Anything larger than 12 gauge it doesn’t work as well. But it’s certainly nice not having to plug in an extension cord for most of what I do.
