Acura NEEDS to make these changes to the 2025+ Integra Type S 

Man i never noticed any of these things you mentioned before till now. I appreciate your attention to detail and was able to pinpoint these things! Acura need to sponsor you! They definitely need a fitment check and trunk release asap

It's crazy that the Aspec has driver side memory seats, passenger side power seats, sunroof, & a proper back seat but the Type-s don't got none of that. And it cost more than double the price?? Acura wants to price this car with Mercedes and BMW, but the truth is the people who actually want to buy this car are comparing it to GR Corollas , WRXs, and Golf Rs.

Needs to include power front passenger seat, power folding mirrors, rear climate control, premium leather seats, 5th seat, acoustic glass, and available SH-AWD

Glad to see we had the same thoughts. I would also add gas struts for front hood, front bumper camera, use the TLX Type S power seats with soft leather backing for the front with cool/heating and TLX Type S back seats (3 passengers). Vented and power back console or vented rear seats. Power hatch open and close. One of the biggest with a manual stick, a hand brake for crying out loud. Yes, a light weight AWD version would be amazing. Please send this whole video with comments to Acura headquarters in the USA and Japan for them to know.

They should add actual navigation to the car, given that the Civic Type R and even a normal Civic hatchback has navigation. This car is over $50k, it should be standard

As much as I love to go through the gears, I'm getting older and I would love a 8 speed automatic trans or a dual clutch 10 speed automatic. It took me a while but I have learned that automatic transmissions these days are faster than manuals

Q,. love the channel bro, thanks for the content. Hey man, you can use the strap locks or whatever you call them and safely strap a child seat in the middle position of the rear giving you the extra seat in the back for one more. I've seen others do it successfully.

Great video, agree with all your observations. I would add that the Integra needs a dual clutch option also for 2025, offer it alongside the manual. Make much better use of the power, and as a daily driver while stick in Northeast traffic.....

If they just took the A-Spec with Tech and dropped the bigger engine in it along with the cosmetic changes it would be perfect. Maybe a little heavier but not so much that it would kill the performance.

The reason all manufacturers tend to tuck the tires in is government regulations. The tires cannot poke out more than the fender. It's up to the costumers to modify it.

I want better sound insulation. I actually added insulation to my Integra but it can still be quite noisy especially on the freeway. Purchased a VW Tiguan for my wife and it’s church quiet compared to my Aspec Integra.

Great Points Q. It is a fantastic car, and a great driving experience! Still, owning one, it seems somewhat bare-bones, considering it’s a luxury car.

Those are good requests. For me its ventilated seats, home link in rear view mirror, electric passenger seat, memory seats, HUD, better looking cluster as you mentioned, sun roof, and rear A/C vents with USB charging

Thank you, finally someone who agrees with me, for the price it’s just not worth it, I love the type S but it’s lacking in a lot of features, and for the price…. It’s overpriced for no reason. They should just slap the A-spec package for the 2025 model, keep it the same price, and that’s it perfect it’s not that hard just give the people their money’s worth when buying this car Acura/Honda🤦🏽‍♂️

Nice! No disagreement with the points you make, though truth be told I don't mind the seats much .The CTR and TLX do seem like better values. Perhaps Honda had to position the ITS far enough from the CTR pricewise not to cannibalize sales of the CTR, and then also omit a number of luxury features so as not to cannibalize sales of the TLX-S.

I loved Acura for a while but if they want to compete with their competitors they’ve got to step up the interiors, noise, infotainment systems etc… I’m now team LEXUS! My Lexus is as quiet as a church mouse.

I know all too well, the feeling You have about "missing items.” My 2024 TLX A-SPEC SH-AWD is missing items my 2019 has and my 2019 is missing items that my 2010 TL Tech 6MT SH-AWD had. For instance, with each successive newer model, a loss of horsepower. Way to many things to list. For the Integra, no power seats? Let me think on it. Those were probably not placed because of the added weight. I know its your daily driver but from an auto racing standpoint, power seats = added weight and since this is a "performance" variant of that model, weight saving is probably what an Acura engineer would tell you...if they'd even talk to you. Weight removal will increase the speed of the vehicle. For racing needs, things such as radios, power windows and a/c systems were removed from a vehicle for stock cars in showroom racing cars of the 60's and 70's.In other words, you'd pay MORE for a showroom stock car set up to be more of a racer, because of a more powerful engine and stiffer re-enforced chassis and suspension but luxury amenities were omitted. A now-a days, a much higher performing tire. But for MY INTEGRA? Well my 1996 Integra LS SE 5MT didn't have them either. This type of marketing forced you to move up level on your next purchase. As as the owner gets older, some of the agility of the driver decreases the engineers believe the driver will have grown up enough to grow away from some of the performance of "boy racer hood" into "adult man racer hood." Marriage. Children. Other Responsibilities. STILL, Acura IS A SPORT LUXURY name plate and not everyone takes their high level model out to race. If I owned a Type-S TLX, I'd never race it! Never! Anyway, I have to have them now and you're right: that kind of money should have bought you a remote cable release for the hatch and power seat adjusters. My wife has them on Her 2022 ILX A-SPEC. Trust me: I have never been able to figure out what engineers are thinking about when they remove items without consulting us first! Just 2 more things: 1: Grow up only on an as-needed basis. 2: There is such a thing as "girl racer." And if you find one, keep her. You'll have a deep understanding for each other., just like an outdoorsman & woman.

It needs navigation and an automatic transmission, better seats, rear passenger AC.

You're not getting that without a price increase, and for that, you are to move to the tlx

F*CK that stupid cup holder design at the rear and make it a proper bench SEAT! also ADD better SEATS!!!!!!! add power passenger seat.... it's a LUXURY brand.... why forget those things???? also SH-AWD and a proper DCT option would make this a TRUE COMPETITOR to a GOLF R! till then.... GOLF R is still the ultimate HATCH!!!! per dollar! Also COOLED Seats........ and just give better NVH........ for 53-55k.... SHEESHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Besides always coming short of something. Honda is also cheap as always. Never understand them. I remember they only give that reflector mirror that's on the sunglass holder...ONLY if you get the touring trim. Come on! It's a lousy reflector sticker, Honda.

How about take your butt to the dealer and get those rattles fixed?
