In this video, I will show in detail how to replace Low and High Beam Headlamp Bulbs in the 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006 Acura RSX.
High and Low Beam Headlight Bulb Sizes:
2002 - 2004 RSX: Low - H1, High - H1.
2005 - 2006 RSX: Low - H1, High - 9005.

Great tutorial. Replaced the low beam on our car. Only difficult part was trying to get that metal clip to latch on the bulb holder. It took a while, but everything works now. Thanks!

Awesome tutorial! If I may add its a very good idea to wear gloves when handling the new bulbs. If oil from your finger gets on the bulb it will create more heat and cause the bulb to burn out quicker.

I just put 2 New bulbs in earlier this year, one just burned out . Late Last year both burned out at same time, these things are something else lol.

for something that needs to be replaced so often, why couldn't they have designed it to be easier? i do it myself, since i hate paying the Acura dealer $50 just to replace a bulb, but god what a pain. you can barely get your hand in, you can't see anything; it's all done almost blind, the stupid spring thing is impossible to reconnect. your tutorial was accurate, except for the cursing.

Dead ass , I've never had a car where it was more of a bitch to change your headlight bulb than your spark plugs 🤦‍♂️ I remember my 05 pilot and honda civic took only 3 minutes to change, nothing to remove besides the the cover to the bulbs

Those crap low beam bulbs are the worst thing about RSX. The Acura part was a premium back in 2001 vs the exact same Honda part for a 1997 Prelude. I've never replaced so many headlight bulbs for any other car ever. And they are a pain in the ass to change.

Are RSX lights supposed to be high? They really shine high at signs and passing cars. There is only one way to install it right? I was having trouble inserting the socket on with the dust boot. I got the passenger side, I will try tomorrow on the driver side.
