Please do a video on l-ergothioneine, I have my clients take 25mg 3 times per day and a lot of bio.arlers improve from bone density all the way to C-reactjve protein. Your reccomendations are spot on! You deserve a Nobel Prize for bringing information to a larger community across the planet.

Great presentation Dave!🙏🏼 Personally speaking, my go to is a combination of Matcha green tea, 1600 mg of EPA and DHA combined , 200 mg of co q10, Vit B 100 timed release in the morning and magnesium bisblycinate at bed time +/- melatonin 5 mg. I am sensitive to too much caffeine and it takes alot of time for my body to clear it. Thats why I do the alternative. Adderall only affects the neurotransmitter, and just like any other pharmaceutical drugs wont affect or support the intraneuronal processes. Thats why people crash after a while.
You can prevent the stimulant crash if you followed my ADHD protocol. Works for me and thousands of others who use it. But I am a big believer in using whatever works for you. If that stack works for you then congrats. Many are still trying to figure this out.
Well presented video. How is vyvanse compared to Aderral in terms of neural toxicity? Would be interesting to see a video on stacks you can use in conjunction with ADD meds to address 1. Toxicity 2. How long should it be taken to reap benefits for adhd and insomnia
The thing is too much zinc can be toxic. And it depletes your copper stores as well. I suggest choosing a zinc supplement and use it long term and every day. But if it's over 30 mg of any form I'd add 1.5 mg copper just to be sure.
Dear David sir I take modafinil 200mg with bupropion 200 and also l tyrosine 1000 mg at same time because of excess sleepiness on day time but I sleep after taking this medicine,i take night sleep 8 hours daily but whole day I feel sleepy what I do to overcome sleep and study more please provide your valuable information 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Modafinil and Bupropion are contraindicated and should not be taken together. If your doctor prescribed both he should be fired because he doesn't know what he's doing.
I have a next to no motivation for anything, in combo with some depressionand anxiety. Coffee and my SSRI do little. I'm otherwise healthy. Which one would you suggest? I'm familiar with much of what your speaking of. I like the idea of an all in one. Please advise. 🎉Toni
Toni, if Coffee and SSRIs do not work for you then your depression and anxiety may be caused by something other than dopamine or serotonin. So not sure if you would get much benefit from any of the supplements I talk about in this video. It is difficult making any suggestions to help you without know much more. Best to set up a consultation if you are willing and we can work through it to find something that will work.
DMAE is a an old drug that was tried for treating ADHD symptoms. See my DMAE review on my website and scroll down to the research section where I have links to two studies for DMAE and ADHD: nootropicsexpert.com/dmae/
It is but it went out of favor as a way to treat ADHD back in the 1960s as I recall. Because there are much better options available to us now in 2024.
Ritalin works for me and Adderall does not. And that is what I've found with a lot of folk with ADD or ADHD. It is usually one or the other but not both.

Our system uses less than 1 mg Iodine per day. You can likely safely use 1 mg per day long-term without a problem. But any more than that gets into to toxic territory quickly.
