Thank you so much for your suggestion and for watching. We have recently upgraded some of our equipment and are still learning but hope to make major improvements on future videos.
I know it has been a very busy summer and as a novice video editor these take more time than I anticipated. I should be able to get all caught up now though. Thanks for watching!
Oh awesome. We LOVE our deck. Check out the video if you haven't it's pretty unique. Best of luck let us know if you have questions although we are not too much ahead of you guys it sounds like
Could have saved yourself drilling another set of holes in the roof (and a leak potential) by running your wires under your deck and back through the reverse camera/top brake light black box. Great deck, awesome job 👍🏻
Yeah that is true I have seen others do that. So far we have had no problems with the entry gland but if I were to do again I would consider that. And thanks so much we love it!!
What ladder did you all buy? Does it work if the rack hangs out over the back quite a bit? I guess I'm asking how far does the ladder stick out from the door?
We bought the aluminum ladder from Prime Design. Same company that made the Alurack we have. Depending how high the rack sits it would work. I'll try and get a measurement. I saw a van in Grand Canyon yesterday that had a rack and deck that hung about 2 feet over the back. Was wondering how he gets up there lol didn't see a ladder
Great videos!! Curious if you guys got your Alurack from American Van? If so, did you consider the steel ladder rack instead of aluminum? It is roughly the same weight but half the cost. Trying to decide between the two?
LOL. Dude it was seriously hot those days too and yeah its exhausting work. That was sped up to 5,500x normal speed lol. What you saw in like 1minute was actually well over an hour
