In the world of Kardashians (not that I have anything against them) it's so refreshing to watch a well mannered and well read, classy and inside out beautiful woman.. You're a true inspiration 💜
I don't live in the world of kardashians because I click off right away. everybody should be doing the same, it's unfortunate that you give a voice to these trash subhumans.
I don't understand why people need to slip into a content creator's DM just to say "who cares about your content". If you don't find the content relevant just switch to something else. Why to hate on someone? And yes just to let them know. WE DO CARE ABOUT HER CONTENT, THANK YOU.
@@JamilaMusayeva that's very accurate. Please don't allow them in your mind space. There are people like me who love your work and always look forward for new video lessons.
I have to say, even though I believe you are a lovely person to know in person, I appreciate your decision to keep this channel mainly educational. It happens way too often that I land on a good content, which slowly transforms into vlogs and personal lifestyle, and quite frankly, that's not what I look for, no matter how nice of a person somebody might be. I love coming back to see informative content each time, thank you for sharing it with us. 🌹
I'd rather you be an etiquette educator than an influencer. Perhaps it's because we don't have channels like yours on RU-vid, there are tons of influencer but only very few like you.
@@JamilaMusayeva exactly, to each their own.😊 Quite a lot of people benefit certain knowledge from your contents which we don't get to learn from classrooms. Thank you for your awesome videos. 😁
@@JamilaMusayeva It's true. Your elegance is offset by the symmetry of your surroundings. The neutral sofa, greens framing you on either side, the natural and electric lights (candle and laptop), and tying in your lip colour and roses. Thank you for sharing your wisdom 🙇
Dear Mrs. Musayeva, due to the fact that you mentioned a couple of times in that video that some people in the comments do not really understand the sens behind certain videos or etiquette topics, I feel the need to personally thank you. I am a person that comes from a rather poor and uneducated german family but I am already on my way to a career that hopefully will lead me to become a part of the higher society. So I am really thankful for your videos because I am sure that they will help me becoming a better version of myself. Please never stop doing what you do. Thank you so much. All the best wishes from Berlin, Germany.
También vengo de una familia pobre, pero con suerte me graduare este año de la universidad, estos videos me permitirán mejorar algunos comportamientos arraigados en mi. Con suerte me convertiré en una mujer elegante e independiente y no la chica de campo perseguida por gansos..
Outstanding video. You have addressed delicately a rather difficult subject. I am not from a wealthy background, but I was taught proper manners while growing up. I have lived in other countries, and I learned their ways of life. I consider myself lucky to have been part of different cultures. We care to learn how to behave properly at a dinner affair. Your videos are most welcome.
I love the last point you made, how etiquette is for everyone because we can all learn about how to behave respectfully and kindly in our own culture as well as different cultures!
The best thing we can do for ourselves is to stop and listen carefully, meditate and learn from those who have expertise. Thanks for sharing with us these brilliant references about elegance.
Congratulations! I love it when young people admire elegant people and aspire to be one of them. Among your peers, you are already one! All the best in everything you do!
This video sets an example of standing up for yourself without any hate or remorse or shame in return of the same virtues. The best I liked was, who cares, I care. We are with you ma’am, and I also care and expect a well mannered future generation.
The first time I learned dining etiquette was in my university. You had to pay for the class, but I got lucky and won a sponsored spot. As a first generation student, it was such a great learning experience. I have been able to use that knowledge for fancy events I have attended since. However, there was much more to learn, so it’s nice that you created this channel!!
When a child is old enough to sit in a high chair he is old enough to begin using his “manners” such as ‘please’ and ‘thank you’ in sign language long before he can verbalize them. Never too young to be taught.
So happy seeing a fellow Azeri woman who is beautiful, elegant and has such a wonderful platform. It inspires me and makes me feel proud of my heritage because where I live, there aren't many Azeris at all. Keep doing what you're doing, love :)
Also having good etiquettes make you approachable, it doesn’t seem very intimidating, having good etiquettes comes to the point of being respectful and respectable, it’s more about other people, helps you make friends, be socially acceptable.. Thank you Jamila for the classes... Immensely grateful!
I am so glad that I found this channel. It feels like i am having a real etiquette class not just a RU-vid channel. It really feels so posh. Keep going 😍😍♥️
I love how you answer so politely to the comments regardless how mean they were meant to be, I look up to develop that level of confidence. Congratulations for your videos! I find them fascinating.
How can anyone dislike this very likeable and well-mannered lady??? Anyway, just continue to do what you're doing Jamila, because you are doing an awesome job! Thanks for you time, effort amd dedication in coming up with these educational videos.
Please don't worry about what few Indians might have told you. It's true we have different social etiquette when with our own people, but we most certainly follow formal etiquette wherever necessary. India is a very cosmopolitan country and thank you for your videos. You were absolutely right, knowledge never hurts... thanks again. Happy new year.
Such a great video! It seems like (based on the questions you are answering) there is confusion between etiquette and "formality" or being super formal and I think you did such a great job distinguishing between the two and the misconceptions. When I am around people who are following etiquette or have been raised with great etiquette, I feel an enormous sense of calm in that situation. People with great etiquette are never awkward, and they make everyone around them feel wonderful.
Your videos changed the way I view etiquette and let me rethink about some habits of mine. It even reminded me of lessons my grandmother used to give me about etiquette, witch I used to deem worthless. I’m very glad for your content.
Your elegance speaks all about you, that is the beauty of etiquette. I appreciate all the efforts you put in to present your viewers the best of manners and behavior. Thank you.
Jamila, thank you so much for doing these videos! You’re such an inspiration to many people. Don’t even pay attention to those rude comments. You are doing a huge favor to many of us around the world! Please keep on going! Thank you!!! ❤️❤️❤️
To this day I’m still so grateful with my grandma who did her best in the afternoons to teach me etiquette and who payed for my etiquette classes later on in life. I can’t tell you how many opportunities I’ve had vs other people looking for the same positions because of that. I love you le channel ❤️
For those who ask why etiquette matters - exaggerate your visuals, and you will see that etiquette is what differentiates us from barbarians. We all have it,. If we didn't it would be a mess out there. Ms. Musayeva is simply expanding on it, explaining the finer details in the further extreme of it.
Thank you for this video. When I search 'etiquette' on RU-vid, I only get videos like 'etiquette for rich people', 'how to look expensive' or 'how to get into high society'. I don't want to get into 'high society', I do not aspire to be rich. I just want to learn elegant rules of behaviour for myself and my surroundings. I thank you for your channel. I learn a lot! :) ღSophie
I've actually learned so much in ONE MONTH! The first video that was suggested to me was the "Afternoon Tea Etiquette" and ever since then, I have been hooked! Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Lots of love from South Africa!
I am one of your new follower.I am glad that I can learn a lot from you.Thank you for sharing those important matter with us. You are such a great teacher.
I just discovered your channel and watched a lot of your videos, I'm glad that i've encountered you. You're so inspiring and your videos are literally therapeutic to me for some reason. :))
Thank you so much for these videos dear Jamila ! I have been looking for a good etiquette channel for the longest time and I’m very thankful to have found you ✨ Love from Luxembourg xx
Majority of Indians don't follow European dining etiquette, as you rightly said , each culture differs and that's what brings beauty and diversity into this world. That being addressed, the culture is positively shifting among working professionals as most are expected to follow an international standard way which can be acceptable for all cultures when at work related meetings or pleasure visits. My father who did his business administration in one of the top institutions in India, had a compulsory etiquette course (dining, dressing etc), which had a finishing exam too. So yes , your videos are absolutely educational and we are very grateful for this high quality content. Thank you 😀
Thank you so much for creating this amazing content for free so anyone can have access to it. Also, thank you for being such an inspiration! I can’t wait to read your book. I’ll be waiting for international shipping 💕
Dear Jamila! I really enjoy your videos, you are a role model. Ever since I have found your channel, I feel much more elevated and sophisticated. :) I am working at an international company with colleagues from all over the world and unfortunately, nowadays it is more and more common that we have to express our condoleances. I know it is a highly sensitive topic, but could you possibly create a video on this subject? Wishing all of you Happy, healthy and Prosperous New Year!
This was a really good lesson, that each event, place, food, setting has its own etiquette, as well as dispelling the stereotypes that etiquette is fake. Unfortunately I have yet to find a community that has good etiquette, being from lower middle class America
I have learnt so much from your channel and love watching your videos. Haters are just miserable people who have nothing positive to give to the world. They should spend their energy on focusing on themselves. Thank you so much for being you 😘
I’m glad you made this video letting us know more about you! But also it’s very cringe to me that people write such negative comments on a positive video where you are offering your knowledge for free. I’m grateful to you for sharing! I’m American and I know that etiquette is not taught as much here but I do care! And others in my circle do care as well. Thank you for all you do ❤️
" Language for behaviour " so beautifully put. It must be part of curriculum. Also how and what to tell teen-agers. We hear do much conflict between parents and teen-agers. Jamila 👍
Dear God you are such a queen, so regal,I want to be like this, polite mindful of how I say things and express myself, you are a true inspiration and I'm grateful for all you do Jamila
Before I can even compliment the content of the video, just looking at how you speak and conduct yourself and the scenery around you puts me to peace. You're such a calming presence Jamila! Thank you for making these videos!
Thank you so much for your professionalism and kindness when answering those hateful questions. I appreciate any wisdom shared with me,it adds to my knowledge and more of a blessing when it’s free!
Thank you Ms Jamila. I have watched your tea etiquette four times. I am planning to start a juice bar kiosk soon and your channel is coming on so handy.
Thank you so much for the free content that you create and make available to us online. You've helped me so much on my self-improvement journey, I owe a lot to you. So much gratitude for you Jamila.
In my opinion, your channel means a lot to many people given that it has grown a lot since the day I first discovered it. Personally, I am grateful that I can learn etiquette in the comforts of my own home plus it's free! 😊
Jamila I have few things I would like to learn Black tie / White tie etiquette Hosting formal dinner Glasses for different drinks and etiquette of serving drinks Caviar service and champagne etiquette Oysters and seafood etiquette using different utensils...
Ettiquette is vital for success both personally and professionally. Its vital that its included in school curriculum because its stepping stones for children. I am increasing my knowledge on this subject and I am grateful for this channel.
Hi Jamila! I absolutely love what you do, please don't mind the hate comments and don't stop doing what you love. Trust me, you are having a great impact on a lot of people, most especially myself. Thank you for making time for us despite being so busy. I appreciate it!
Thank you so much for sharing your content. This is so useful when entering your 20's. Thank you sooo much! I have a few requests: 1. What are the important things a lady should have in her handbag. 2. When and how to use the important things in your handbag. 3. How to freshen yourself effectively in between dinner dates. I wish you all the best and may this journey take your further than you've ever imagined.
Hello Jamila. I think what makes you special is your humble way to clarify your ideas even to hate people. For me, that is elegance and intelligence: to know how to speak with everyone about anything showing respect and serenity; being gentle but compromised on your ideas and beliefes. You must be a very strong person.
Muchas gracias por el trabajo que realiza, encontrar videos de alta calidad y gratis en el tema de etiqueta, es una verdadera rareza. Su canal es una joya, felicidades.
Hey Jamilla! Could you possibly make a video on how to give an elegant and polished first impression? It would really help. I would also like to ask how to walk up and down stairs neatly. Just so your aware, your my favourite youtuber and my biggest role model! Thank you so much for your amazing content and keep up your phenomenal work!
I was going to start youtube..but a bunch of haters thought that I copied and even when I tried a new idea and change my name, they started saying I spread hate and put a bunch of dislikes on my videos...so now I quit. Thanks to them.
Thank you for your posts.....I can't believe some of the things that you have to respond to !!! So much is just being respectful of others and their culture and using common sense.
Some questions are really shocking to me… I have to say you’re giving many of these people a lesson by even responding. I hope they get what you’re saying though 🙏🏼 thank you for the effort you’re putting to share your knowledge, time and energy.
Hi! Just wanted to say thank you too for sharing free content about etiquette 😊 I'm one of those people who doesn't have access to any of these sort. That's why I immediately subscribed to your channel upon stumbling one of your videos. You and your channel are like a breathe of fresh air. You are a great teacher, a kind one at that 😍 Again thank you for sharing your knowledge and have a great day! Lot's of love from the tropics 🤗
My understanding of etiquette is that it is the effort we exert to to help others feel at ease. Rather than thinking only about our own comfort, it is showing respect for the experience of others. I'm so often the weirdo, feeling like I'm drawing stares for not knowing how to act appropriately, and I literally scare people sometimes. Your videos help me to know how to behave in public without being constantly afraid of what I might be doing wrong this time. It's so reassuring to know how to reassure those around me. Thank you. By the way, do you have a video on how to walk past total strangers in public without it being awkward for everyone? Or standing/sitting in the vicinity thereof? In crowds, out of crowds, nearby, afar, I'm unsure about eye contact, expressions, everything.
Hello Jamila. You truly inspire me to educate myself more about correct manners and carrying myself when Im an adult. I'm 16 and there are girls who don't have good etiquette and I find myself different from them because I don't do what they do, wear what they wear, and say things what they say. You are obviously different from other RU-vidrs out there who are gurus.
It’s so nice to hear this attitude from a sixteen year old. As a much older woman I can tell you that you will get so much more respect behaving with manners.
