GachaSmack made a good video about it too and he also took initiative and reacted to the braxophone guide to confirm if you would get fucked for even reacting to videos in a transformative manner.
All good man, it's just a misunderstanding for the most part. And it's true that smaller channels might be affected the most, but we can say the same thing with tech reviewers and how big channels got to review them early. I guess the solution is to make the creator server not that strict to enter (but not that easy either), so everyone can try it out but still putting an effort to it.
This is not misunderstanding on tectone part, because he's been reacting video because that way he can slander, if he create a video he can't slander, so by reacting he can say all he want.. now that it's taken away from him, he's been crying

I've always appreciated how thorough and well reasoned your research and opinions are for both Genshin and HSR content. It really helps me get a better idea of what I want to do with the characters I pull seeing what you've made possible with them and how you put your strategies together. Your comedy is hit or miss, but the gag of you having unfunny jokes can be pretty funny in itself, so I even appreciate that. In short, you are privileged to have early access, but you also are very deserving of it IMO.
I for one am grateful that you are one of the chosen ones to the creator server. I’ve been watching your guides for years and can fully trust that you’d give honest and constructive opinions on a new character. Try not to get too involved with “drama”iwtl. Not like you, some toxic CCs feed on dramas because that’s the only kind of “content”they can create. At end of the day, it’s a great opportunity for you guys and players like myself!

To be fair he did raise a valid concern, this situation COULD have been one where Hoyo was, in fact, strictly curating creator videos. My issue with tectone is that rather than bringing up a valid concern in a normal discussion based engagement, he would rather yell and be loud cuz views and its his brand. I watch him cuz he DOES tend to call out the BS, but i watch other mfs for more rational takes on the same problem. So tldr yeh you right

I saw one local CC that's not NA based also in the server, they showed that Guinaifen's debuff stacking doesn't increase Acheron's charge (sadge) but Kafka popping BS's arcana actually, does. The CC said that they did it without their LC. Also BS arcana automatically popping on enemies that got summoned means BS is without a doubt the best nihility support for Acheron in mob heavy content or bosses that likes to spawn mobs.
@@KangstorIm pretty sure its because of the "during an action" part - Guinafen's firekiss triggers when the enemy takes burn dmg, which (without Kafka) only happens during the *enemy*'s turn Whereas with Kafka triggering Arcana, BS applied her debuff on the enemy during Kafka's turn - although not her own turn, apparently as long as any ally is taking action when a debuff is applied, Acheron gets a stack Very helpful to know
@@kyo-wm3wb Debuffs on enemy turns does pop Acheron's passive like Universal market and the debuffs you get from killing certain enemies, so firekiss not proccing acheron passive is most probably a bug.
IWTL: Don’t stress, you are doing an amazing job and I for one, as a fairly new F2P player (lvl56, W8) have benefited immensely from the variety of content you provide. I am sure that people who don’t like the drama but is here to gain knowledge will appreciate your content even more in the future now that you are on the Name Pending approved creator’s list. One point of criticism I have about your content is that the background music is a bit too loud and makes it difficult to hear your voice. Apart from that .. rock on and don’t worry about the drama!

Thank you for sharing the factual information that not everyone had knowledge of. Transparency is critical in any healthy society, even digital communities. I, too, hope Hoyo expands this program so small creators have access as well. We will be much more likely to learn about interesting approaches to playing a new character that can help inform how we want to save/spend.
It is just those guys being jealous. Those two are always complaining about everything since Sumeru patch. If I run a business I would not like to cooperate with someone who keep complaining and act like he cares about the community. CC cover the game for money. As long as the game is good, there will always be someone willing to cover the game because of huge amount of the audience. And those losers doing this gives the audience a feeling like the one got invited into CC server betray the audience or sucking the company's ball which makes me feel disgusted. They act like they are voice for others, but in reality they just being jealous. And Hoyo can always invite more CC into the server in later patches. But there will always be some CC left behind uninvited. Even a CC with 10 viewer is a CC. How can you make it fair? And it is not Hoyo's business to make everyone make money.
I think that's a bit dismissive of real potential issues of the server - I completely get your point and there's definitely some truth there, but I do believe that some people saw the competition in their career paths and were genuinely afraid of how this server could go and what Hoyo's intentions were Although I'm not sure exactly who you're talking about so this may not apply, but I think its healthy to try to understand more perspectives cause at the end of the day they're all still people with their own beliefs and thinkings Even though the situation got pretty blown out of proportion in this case... 😭
I love your last point! Thats something I was wondering about as well - at some point there's going to be ccs that get excluded, because otherwise you'd have to invite every possible cc on the platform and at that point you might as well just make it an open testing server for the public I wonder how they'll go about it in the future!

Hell, the dude doesn’t even need to do the legwork, he is part of OTK and Mythic so I’m pretty all the offer was given to him on a silver platter.
are you afraid that a 10 CC viewer is going to get less views just because the other CC's got a upperhand at making guides? and even those guides they make are unconfirmed and still subject to change? bro reality doesn't work like that. Those Small CC's fanbase will increase or decrease of their own work and not making a video 1 week early or so about the said character. For Ex let's say there is a small CC who makes guides on acheron He most probably would've gotten those kit info from leaks and would spread information that is untrue/true depending on the reliability of the source. Most of the time it's unconfirmed and ppl will believe that in Face Value. (This in turn sways a lot of public opinion about the character if its good or not before the character is even released.) Now those small time CC will get a time disadvantage when the characters are released right? well not actually. Tell me this, whenever you are building a character in HSR do you usually remember what relics are to be given when the character is released? unless and until you pre-farmed, most ppl will actually just see the video and forget about the relics, later when they go to the game they again search up for the good relics and add it suitably. The small time CC will again be benefitted from this process are ppl are going to see the same content twice because they need it! as most of them are going to even forget what relic they are going to use on the 5* character

I really appreciate your mature approach to this situation. I agree, this is a big positive for the consumer. I understand Content Creators want their bag, but their focus should be towards the consumers/player base and what’s best for them. Then CCs can capitalize on the long term benefits. And as long as everyone involved can be just a level headed as you are then the DMCA issue can be addressed.
Because he doesn't know how to make interesting content outside of reacting and drama. He made one interesting trivia series with Genshin but all of his friends in the community have left him behind so he can't do that anymore.

You pretty much said exactly my perspective on this having listened to a bunch of sides of this right now. I think people just don't know how a lot of this works from your perspective as a content creator in these servers. And I think a lot of people don't understand yet that this is, as you said, a pilot or test run of this. Assuming this produces the results they want, I can't see any reason they wouldn't open up to more content creators and lift the dmca. People just need to give it time
I didn't know drama was happening, but I'm glad that you've addressed it in an even handed and constructive manner. Your example of constructive v.s. nonconstructive (but funny) feedback is an example of why I still tune in to your videos even though I'm playing for waifu instead of meta anyway. I think whats good about the early videos is usually when a patch drops a lot of stuff just gets lost in the noise, so to have some of that info even a week ahead of time in a more official live service environment when the games are usually in their slow weeks really helps
I personally think that dmca for react is good and for solution just let in more cc's on the server . The dmca is really only affecting eggman here since he react to guides but I really hope they let mtashed in even though he's blacklisted.
The videos are supposed to be reviewed by Hoyo. If you allow unreviewed reactions it defeats the purpose of allowing only a few creators into the system. And if you are going to review every reaction video out there anyway, you might as well give everyone access to it.

You make an excellent point that bigger content creators already have unique access to test servers, not as an excuse to keep this newer server so limited, but just the reality that it's not a new thing for top creators to have access to something smaller ones dont. (Such as hutao, wriothesley, furina, neuvi and then ayaka cons 1 exist💀) although HSR tends to want you to pull for their signature lightcone cuz honestly they are incomplete without it. (Every signature lightcone feels like a character in their own) Wuwa however have a c6 worth of buff in every constellations.

It's good that you're clearing this up, hopefully HYV can be more lax on the dmca thing so other creators can actually cover the acheron (or future characters) stuff too based on this new test server's footage. I don't think it would've blown up as much as it did if they could.

Easily the best video I've seen on the creator drama. Have long been a fan of your content and how you approach your content creation. Especially as the Creator Experience Server (name pending) is still in its early stages, there is no way it's going to be perfect right off the rip. Creators of all sizes might not be able to help but feel resentful that they're at an inherent disadvantage but it doesn't mean that their content won't take off. Overall this is net positive in my opinion. As long as Hoyoverse does its best to take feedback seriously and improve, the Creator Experience Server could be one of the best things for the community in the longrun. Thank you for offering your thoughts and helping us understand that issue surrounding this drama.
I completely disagree that a person who watches the leaks several weeks prior has his impression ruined. Let's not be disingenuous, a person who watches leaks is not your average viewer. He will not be looking at leaks and discussions and be swayed easily. He will look at the reviews when the character is released to make his decision.
the CCs in the creator experience server are seeing the pros cause they are in it, but if they were not in the program, they would see their views cut by over 50% and their livelihoods would affected. these CCs basically are granted monopoly now so they briefly mention "smaller content creators will be affected which is VERY DISAPPOINTING because all content creators who aren't invited will be affected severely. Disappointing to see them slide it under the rug like this. They are overemphasizing anti-leak and other pros and trying to pretend a monopoly isn't happening and every CC not invited suffers. He said there's like 5 CCs invited right? Imagine the government got rid of fair trade and only 5 ppl get special privilege. I mean, this system is crazy bad. And you're only lucky to be invited. Imagine another game/company/genre booms and the same system is employed, but it's a FPS genre or some other genre and they use this system on other creators so now hoyoverse creators aren't invited. now you can't even transition into that game cause the other content creators are stealing all your views (as you'd do to other hoyoverse CCs). then you would see it's taking away ppl's livelihoods and benefiting a few. they're bet is that they would keep getting invited by new games/companies from growing bigger during this current monopoly. but if they were truly thinking "fair" they would speak up against it. on the other hand, if they stay quiet, they can build subscribers and hope they keep getting invites by new games/companies later. sad to see the group monopolizing now list the pros in detail and just briefly say "some small content creators would be affected" when that's a massive understatement.

your the first content creator vid i watch whenever a character releases regardless of you were the first to upload or not, i think lot's of the ppl in the community are the same, it's normal to watch your fav content creator even if there were ppl ahead of him/her, i think the disadvantages for smaller creator's will always exsist, it's bad but it's not the fault of the ppl who were chosen to enter like you.

i think direct, visual comparisons about E0s0 and E0s1 is a must, one thing I want to know is the actual gap between having or not a bis lightcone. if you can do that for acheron, aventurine and other units in the future I bet it will be a valuable content for consumers.

It would probably be valuable to compare stats/multipliers from the content server to the release server. Just to make sure no big changes happen from hype time to release time. This will give people who don't keep up with the numbers from early leaks to after release more info to decide if they still want the characters. Unless hoyo is saying that all the stats are set as final in this new server access.
