the way you describe self medication alongside adhd really helped me organize my very thoughts on the matter and your emphasis on using adhd to your advantage helped change my feelings twords myself in a way thank you greatly

Thanks very much. I've just been carving a decent handle to take on my next camp to give it another go with a longer, sharper auger. All the Swedish torch videos I watch make it look easy, so they're either cheating off camera or using much softer woods than me (e.g. pine?). I will find a way to get it right, without power tools :). Thanks for watching!

great video i too have adhd only now at 61 are the medical people trying to give meds no thanks been self meding for years

Stimulants come with such a cost - they can be amazing for some, but for us older folk who already have stuff going on, not the greatest outcome (e.g. raised heart rate, blood pressure, lack of appetite, insomnia etc). Do you have a particular strain that you find works best?

@WildandWiredUK white rhino,white widow and a few of the low rider strains are good for me,but have a few more that help,saliva strains are good too depending on the sort of day ahead though I mainly vape

Old school, I love it. White Russian used to do wonders for me too, but I haven't had those in over a decade. Lowryder2 was also especially good. I'm also a vaper, mostly dynavap (been through too many Mighties and Volcanos...!!). Plus the dynavap + torch or wand is perfect for camping...
