Great video, but nowadays, you don't have to go to Ministry of Labor by yourself, if you keep getting rejected even after 6 months your new employer/company (HR) will be the one to process it and to reconnect with your old employer in order to be fully transferred.

Hi bro , on December 26 I applied to change sponsorship and I got rejected message on January 19th. It show failure to attach proper documents, I attached noc from new company and application form and resignation letter without stamp because my old company will not give stamp and signature. I just applied to change employer to another company only to get a rejection msg yesterday after 3 weeks after I applied . I went to the ministry of labour in Alkhor to confirm what i could have done wrong since the rejection msg didnt come with an explanation and the security referred me inside to the reception only to be told that the Reason I was REJECTED WAS BECAUSE I DDNT SUBMIT NOC when applying and I have to have to since am working in a security company. That anybody from SECURITY company to change to a another sponsor I have to have the NOC. Am so disappointed and discouraged considering the struggle I had gone through just to get the offer letter on the company I was transferring to. I feel terrible coz my current company can never give give me NOC no matter what. Please can someone please tell me what to do?? How can they ask for NOC and yet they are the ones who abolished the Kafara system in changing of employer. Its only formality to be said,but for some in reality. Getting signature for resignation is as tough though. S@cks.

At the moment it's only taking one month but those who are being rejected they should check out the paper work.. Remember you don't need a signature from your employer to change job
