Adobe Animate | How to auto Lip-Sync in Adobe Animate 

This "auto lip-sync" feature is amazing. Using it saves me time to animate lip syncing for my characters rather than just doing the lip sync manually.

Do different languages have different sounds? And how does animate recognize the different sounds?

when i try to do the lip sync and click on a mouth frame the different mouth pieces won't show up, i have it on graphic and its linked to the right audio but it won't let me lip sync, i'm not sure whats wrong

Hey there, this feature seems good, however, I want to have different mouth expressions with the same sounds used. (IE; neutral, frown, smile lips) Can Adobe fit multiple lip key-frames in with the audio to change the expression when needed?

what is wrong with adobe? i got adobe animate 2021 and apparently there's a bug in the older and newer editions of adobe animate where there is only one symbol shown for lip syncing. Friend of mine ( with 20.5 i believe) has the same problem! Why haven't the fixed this?! Only reason i wanted to try adobe was for the lip sync. Can someone tell when they are gonna get this fixed or which editions have the bug fixed?

Wow, your frames are so well polished. But I'm pretty sure this was polished by hand afterwards, after that convenient cut when he says he's gonna hit play. When I did mine I only got 2-3 frames per second which looks really choppy and bad IMO. I would have to clean it up by hand. Still great for longform lipsync but yeah, this ain't as automatic as this video makes it seem. Still cool though!

in this new adobe animate 20.5 when i click the panel or mouth auto lip sync the lists didnt show up it did nothing pls adobe animate help

I import an mp3 file but it doesnt let to drag it to the timeline, what i am doing wrong? there are limitations on the audios you can import?

Does this work for html/canvas file?

Auto lip-sync is good, but aways appear a output messege saying "WARNING: Duplicate label, Symbol=..." What i need to fix it?

can you show how to do it from the beging ?or give link to lesson how to do that?

The biggest problem with auto lip sync is that they work only when the mouth viseme graphic symbol and audio are on the same timeline. When creating a story scene, you have multiple characters on the same stage. We don't create all the character parts and scene props on the main scene. they are all individual symbols. While we can sync each lip sound inside the character, we have to make another copy of the sound on the main timeline because graphic symbols don't play their inside sound on the main timeline. This is a real pain for most artists.

Holy. Fucking. Shit.

this lipsync demo is a lie. The playback they do at the end is not what they got when they used the lipsync auto process. What they playback in the end has added tweens to smooth out the harsh hits that the program produces. Extra work was put in before they played it back and they are hiding the timeline to not show you that it is different then what was generated. Pretty disappointed in the con.
