My wife is a UK citizen. I have applied to visit her before when she was about to give birth and I was denied the visa. She gave birth successfully and she later came to visit me in Uganda with the baby. Right now She is again heavily pregnant and this time I would love to be there when she is giving birth to our baby in January. We are legally married in a civil marriage. But she doesn’t meet the financial requirement as my sponsor to invite me on a spouse visa. But I have a job(employment) and other dependants (kids of my late brother) that I take care of.
