This routine is for the FLUID BEASTS out there that can handle a MASSIVE CHALLENGE. 🙌✨😅
This is a routine that I may take myself through but that I rarely have the opportunity to take others through.
It is more advanced than I usually teach but it is a practice I love for myself. ☺️
So I don't have all of the usual supplementary individual instructional videos.

0:07 1️⃣ Single Arm Upward Facing Dog to Down Dog - 8-10 Reps each side
1:21 2️⃣ Roll from Back to Belly and Belly to Back - 3 Full Rolls in each direction
3:16 3️⃣ Single Leg Elevated Bridge - 10 -15 second hold on each side
3:51 4️⃣ Elevated Bridge Reaching Alternating Foot to Ground - 2 - 5 on each side
4:52 5️⃣ Elevated Bridge and Walkover - 2 - 4 Reps. Beast Mode: 4 - 8 Reps
6:07 6️⃣ Prone Swimming - 3 Very Slow Reps
7:30 7️⃣ Cobra to Hollow Plank - 5 Very Slow Reps
9:31 8️⃣ Prone - ♢ Shaped Arms - Lift Offs - 10 Reps

Wonderful mobility in the exercises, slowly and with precision. I have injury in my back for making Capoeria and now I can make all streching exercise like Pilates, Yoga and soft fitness. Thanks for sharing, Lisa

So I'm on search to find right ones..if u know some, of course if u are familiar with Hh stage please share some... anyway thanks for answer and care..keep on good work..best wishes!

Let me tell you guys...I am a sub 2hr30min marathon runner...a 8hr58min Ironman....and was the days before the internet...I know today....My core was my weak point...not my fitness.If I can do it all over...man o man...I will concentrate on my core like on my training..if not more !!!

I love how you let your body move the way i moves and you don't try to put it into "correct" position. Like everything is OK in your range of capability and that there is no right sequence of warming exercises, it's just "what it feels right".

Wow...wna do for back strength. Can people do this back exercise who have lumber lordosis or, sciatica and piriformis. if its good for them?

Sciatica is nerve related so I would follow doctor's orders. This is an advanced routine so it is not something to jump right into if there are underlying physical conditions ☺️

Ok. So we start with 2, and then get lighter on alternating hands over time. Slow and steady progressions can make for awesome longterm results. 😄

I mean hyperextending lower back, the spine I think ought to be straight to not injure it, at least MY spine couldn’t do this arching of the lower back, in the warm up motions. Everything else seems fine, my gym instructors always say to be careful not to arch back, to avoid injuries.

The spine is meant to move in extension and flexion among other ways. With proper tension through the glutes and abs, back bending is safe and should be performed through a pain-free range of motion. And will train your abs like nothing else can 😄

I also have never watched talk shows or idiot shows like Springer or anything else. I'm an exercise nut so I like watching videos like yours. Keep them coming.
