Follow along! All you need is a little bit of space and your own bodyweight.

Hi Lisa! My boyfriend and I have been doing this routine for a while now... you should have seen the fear in his eyes when I first showed it to him!! But now, it's our favorite thing to do together in the morning. And he's always looking forward to the end when the dancing starts! We are gaining more and more mobility each day! Thanks a lot!

Thank You 🙏🏽 Right now I am sharing similar MOVEs with my clientele entitled KUKUWA’s choreography. Each MOVEMENT is allocated to each part of the body. She grew up with those MOVEMENTs from African decent. Each movement descended from each country in AFRICA. How did you come about the KNOWINGs of those similar MOVEs? I notice where you have inc. yoga movements as well. 🤩 Wow! I adore our BODY MOVEs!

I just did this workout with my son. Great way to start the day indeed. He was wondering though how come you are on a warm beach 🏖 while it’s snowing 🌨 over here (we’re having a white Easter 🐣, incredible!) ☺️.

Hey Lisa, love your videos. I have a poorly tracking knee cap thus some pain n mild swelling in that knee. Any suggestions to heal it?

Lie on your back and place a rolled bowl under your knee. Leg is lying flat and outstretched. Press the back of the knee down into the towel to fully extend the knee and elevate the heel. Slowly and with control, allow the knee to return to a slight bend. Progress over time to a small inflatable ball under the knee. You can try this exercise and let me know how it goes. 😄

Hi! Great sequence! Just wondering if the spine extension section has been speeded up? Think it might be going a tad fast for beginners with little spine mobility. Eager to read u about this :)

Hi there. Thanks for watching my video. I did not speed up any footage throughout this routine but I highly recommend going at the pace that feels right for you. The t-spine extension exercise certainly takes practice but I learnt this one from Ido Portal himself at his Motion workshop and it was a quick 100 reps that he had us practice at the start of each day’s lesson. But here is a video I created that is beginner friendly ⬇️

It sounds like some Hamstring mobility is required. I would suggest the Bear Crawl 👉 ru-vid.com/group/PLeNH6mWFp60ReMqplnX79jRifvR9Iz8O3 Perform the move with bent knees, but as straight as possible. Or grab 2 yoga blocks and use them as if extensions of your arms as you Bear Walk. Let me know how it goes. 😀
