Hey guys in this video we talk about how important it is to fight for what you want in the setup. We also go over 3 different grip setups that you can use based off of what you want and what your opponent wants to improve your chances in the match. Thanks for the video! Some clarification’s required. 1st setup, when you put your index finger lower, doesn’t it interrupt your fingers (mostly top ones) from attacking range of motion?

The purpose of doubling up your index finger on the middle finger is to maximize your control of your opponent’s top knuckle
