HI. Please can you explain? What proof I have to submit to USCIS when I submit form I-765 based pending asylum application if I filed asylum application with EOIR? What evidence I have to get from immigration court for submit to the USCIS? Because I did not get any receipt and any biometrics notice from USCIS. Already I reached to the 150 days. Ice found us and took us to court immigration court denied asylum because of not enough evidence.appeal expired due to late filing brief. What we do now any idea.?

What happens when USCIS says your application lacks jurisdiction and can't ajudicate on it that is to be done by EOIR. Do you need to reapply for another asylum?

You need to consult with a lawyer. EoIR has jurisdiction when someone is either in removal proceedings or had an order of removal issued against them already.
