The point of all these developments areas in Panama? There are too many development projects and do not get finished. Areas with 60-200 lots with 1/3 finished and the rest is just empty space. No maintenance will be done according to US or European standards. Sometimes not at all. AirBnB in Panama? What means that normally? After talking to Panamanian, a lot of problems. A couple is booking it for 2 adults & 2 kids. In the end they show up with 20 people and 8 or more cars. Loud music until 4am! Imagine you live there. 😮 I am only 4 years in Panama. But that is what I learned.

@@PanamaRelocationTours For Panamanian people, this are the right houses. Not for 1st world people. The advertising may say: 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. But in reality the houses are around 500 square foot small. The lot sizes? 3000 square foot?

Since the location looks to be about halfway between David and Boquete, what is the average temperature in the area?

The location is much closer to down town Boquete than David. It's about 30 minutes north of David. Daytime times at that elevation can get to 80-82.

It is in Boquete! In Alto Boquete. Boquete is a lot more than the downtown area.
