Hi Jackie, watch you every sat from Panama City. Enjoy every sat show. After over 52 years living here I enjoy the Country continuosly. All who come to live here are Very Lucky. Nelly and I travel every two or three years to Europe, specially Italy since my Mom's Family was from that beautiful country. After two weeks we start missing our two furry children and Panama, Congratulations and home PRT continues to provide many people theis Unique country--the Door to Paradise...👌
Thanks for watching! Love the "Door to Paradise" comment. I'm the same way; if I'm away from Panama for more than a week, I start getting homesick.. and miss Panama terribly.
There was a question in today's livestream about parking, at the Albrook mall, when driving into the city from the west (beaches area.) I recently read that the Metro Line 3 is more that 50% completed, and will connect the Albrook mall to Panama Pacifico when it is completed in 2026. This is apparently the largest construction project in Panama since the canal, and will be wonderful for those of us not excited about driving in Panama city.
Great! I was born and raised in Powell River, and now live in Las Vegas. We have direct flights via COPA airlines to Panama City, and I plan to go on one of Jackies tours soon. Panama has a lot to offer.
I love their story so much, so relaxed so positive. I was born in Panama, have been in the US since 1973, it's home but retiring in Panama is not out of the question, something I would consider. Great info!
Volcan is certainly beautiful, but I have never heard a host talk about the geologic hazards on this side of Baru. In short, it is extremely hazardous- as volcan is build right on top of the lahar bed- that's why it's relatively flat up there. Look at the USGS report on Volcan Baru and the flow paths off that mountain. This volcano has erupted on average every 5-600 years and it has been over 500 years since the last eruption. Every historical eruption has inundated the area of Volcan with deep lahar beds- the entire town will be decimated.
@@PanamaRelocationTours I mean, yeah… but I don’t think people realize the risk in that specific region. Not just to life, but to property/economy. There are a ton of resources being socked into an area that is at huge risk. I would not live directly in front of the amphitheater of an active volcano. It’s just something I have never seen mentioned about this incredible area.
Their pace of speech and clear love and respect for each other drew my attention like you wouldn’t believe . If I wasn’t already hooked on Panamá, this would have done it🎉
Either way works. If you live at the beach, you can be in the mountains in about 1 hour. If you live in the mountains, you can be at the beach in about 1 hour.
you can fly to Pedasi then get a taxi to the area. Or you can take a bus from Panama City to Chitre, then take a bus to other areas in the Azuero Peninsula
@@PanamaRelocationTours Chitre bus to guarino? or would it take me somewhere else? Is this the place to fall in love with in about a month in Luly, August? School for the kids, 8 and 11 yr. old, scooters on the road?
Yes, you can live well on $2800. The housing depends on WHERE in Panama. Panama city is mostly condos or apartments. The rest of Panama is mostly single family houses.
@@PanamaRelocationTours if I want to hire you to show me around Cerro Azul and make connections with property managers and other services how much do you charge per day trip for my wife and I?
