What do you recommend to straighten out warping from the welding process? Working on mine now but its warped outward, only the middle is making contact with the fender.

On a 4.5 rough country lift which recommends 32 inch tires, would the trimming and armor allow for better fitment of 33 or 35 inch tires. Don't really want any tire rub while offroad. What would you recommend? Great video!

33's. If you put on 35's you're going to run into more problems that don't have to do with our armor. Hope this helps

Couldn't you just use rivet nuts (squeeze nuts) on all the holes?

Why not install nutserts/blind nuts instead of bolts with nuts? Seems like a better solution.

Possibly because the fenders are fabricated from steel so they most likely are a little flat and not completely forming to the fender, putting alot of nut load on one of those nutserts to get the fender to lay flush could pull it right out, versus having a nut on the backside of the bolt which wont pull out, the bolts seem to be the heavy duty way to go in my opinion

@@VC-TV nutsert/rivet nuts flare out to an equal length of what surface area the regular nut is on the back... Sounds like you haven't seen these used before. It's not a rivet. If it's going to rip through the panel, a Nut would have done the same...

You can also look on Amazon. Just type in affordable off road fender flair for Jeep XJ. They are around 700$. Not cheep bit if you do the work yourself it will worth it.
