I have a lot of videos coming your way, as I'm back in the swing of things and finding the time to edit! I appreciate you being here hanging out with me today! If there's anything you'd really love to see, let me know in a comment below! XOXO
You are so right about getting coffees and smoothies out! In a week you could spend a fortune! I have a Nespresso and love making iced coffees with it for a fraction of the cost. Same with smoothies. They can cost about $12 with tip easily. Overnight oats are one of my favorite breakfasts.
😊Nice meal prep. I am someone who doesn't eat out or buy drinks out at all. I really can't remember the last time. 😅We save tons of money 💰 this way (hundreds if not a thousand $$) 👍 Good job making your own coffee at home. 🧋 So smart of you 👍 to make them in the glass jars (those look like Starbucks cold drink containers) 🥪The foiled breakfast egg sandwiches heat nicely in the air fryer like that.
Thank you for the quick reply. I live in Florida and it gets super hot and humid here. Overnight oats and ice coffee just what i need to prep. I'm out of apples right now but i do have some frozen blueberries to try and make overnight oats.
Great vid! Great ideas on having foods and beverages ready to go! Enjoying the meals series! Anything quick to prep, and healthy is my go to in the hot summer!!
I make my iced coffee that way too!!! Soooo good and saves so much money. Yes please 🙏 lunch and meal prep. Grocery hall love it all. Congratulations to both of you!! Thank you for sharing all you do simple and cheap 🙌
Hi! Thanks for the inspiration! I watched your video this morning and ordered a grocery pickup and made some breakfast sandwiches for the next 3 days 🥳 never occurred to me to just keep them in the fridge (I have made them before but froze them and they didn’t heat well).
It’ll save you so much time and money if you’re someone who goes out daily! But having them made ahead has been really nice for us! I’m all about grab n go!
Love the idea of having your smoothie elements combined for easy mornings! Is there any softer fruits you might add to your oats? Or what about savory oats? I have found that if they are cooked, they have to be fresh. I don't like how sticky they tend to get. And I'm all in for breakfast sandwiches! I like breakfast burritos, too! Thanks for all the ideas!
I add all types of fruits, but as for savory oats I do like them but only warm! There’s something about the savory option that needs to be warm for me!
I like the the coffee and overnight oats. Im excited to try both. Are you using 1/3 cup oats or 1/2 cup oats to make them? I have been following from the beginning always look forward to your videos. Congratulations on the sweet baby girl. So happy for you and your husband.
Don't you need to toast the muffins first coz when I have them I always toast them first or do you reat the the whole muffin with the egg together. I never thought about make ahead muffins before😮

Hi Miranda, as a long-time vegan follower, I've been wondering If you've explained already why you stated incorporating some non-vegan food in your meals again. Love your meal-prep videos, by the way😊.
Yes I switched from being plant based (not vegan) to vegetarian when I got pregnant 💜 I’ve talked about it a lot in the last 9 months, but I decided I didn’t want to be super restrictive with my eating anymore life’s too short and with kids in the picture I want MORE in life not less I want to show them a good wholesome example
