What a journey it has been! I think I speak for most that have been following you Billy in saying THANK YOU so much for sharing this beautiful journey with us! This is probably the closest I will ever come to doing something like this, and with the format you use and your passionate, enthusiastic delivery, I feel like I am right there with you at times. Really enjoyed this Vlog and I am glad you made it safely back stateside. I believe your videos will inspire many others to embark on adventure type rides whether it be around the world or around the town you live in. Get out there see and enjoy this wonderful world! There is no better way to do it than from the seat of a motorcycle! Godspeed and Safe Travels Billy!!!
I think sir the best moment of the video was when you enter to Africa love it and what a best way to sow your experience in 4 minutes and in 55 second #your fan from Nepal
Yep malaria is a pain, I lived and worked in West Africa for 18 years, going to tropical countries it's hard to avoid even if you take preventative tabs, it all depends on the strain, long term prevention was not recommended, I had malaria so many time I lost count...but I knew the symptoms when I was going down with it, then I would take a course of CoArinate.... 3 tabs and it was gone....drink plenty of water, and rest for a couple of days ...then back to the grind ..
Thank you sooo Much for sharing this beautiful Trip with us. I follow you from the begining. It you eher come to germany again or start an europe trip again, let me know!
Man this is so great. Amazing editing, great cinematography, and an enviable attitude. I’ve watched all your videos and it’s inspired me to buy a bike and do some exploring this year!! Do you have ride reports on HU or ADVrider?
Thousands of thank you to share your journey. Beautiful movie that represents well your 40vlogs I followed with so much pleasure. Are you back home now ?
Can't wait to flog my AT like a red headed step child! Only a few more weeks for the weather to turn, heck it's supposed to be nearly 50° today, what am I waiting for!
Amazing set of films, a question: what was the tank bag you used, and was it waterproof? Also, how was the Kilm gear in the cold and wet? Thanks Gordon
As many have said, brilliant series - really fun to watch and definitely lights the ADV riding fire. Question regarding language - I seem to recall you speak Portugese and "really bad Spanish really well." Did you find being at least bi-lingual particularly helpful, essential, or just a nice bonus? Thanks again for the content.
Did you use a specific shipping company and different ones depending on destination? Do you recommend any specifically, or should I say not recommend any because of your experience? :-)
