I am a white 18 year old college student doing this in my dorm, I honestly had fun working out and following the directions despite not speaking your language or knowing how to dance. I will say, I had to stop to drink water multiple times because it was intense for me. I will be doing this again!

I never leave reviews but I have to on this one. I began this workout along with my keto diet and its unbelievable how much weight I lost in 4 months... went from size 16 to 12 just by doing this at least 3 or 4 times a week and eating well, never doing any other workout apart from this one. Thank you so much Tara 👏🏾

I'm losing so many inches dancing for an hour or 2 five days a week! My pants and clothes are getting looser on me finally! It's so fun, I just need to clean up my diet but even with pastas, ice cream and everything my body is still changing, wow! Dancing makes me drink a lot of water too, my fitbit tells me I'm walking almost 4 miles and I walk about 8k steps 1-2 hour dancing.

Préparez-vous j'vais faire une dissertation là : 1) J'ai jamais vu une video tomber autant à pique. Habituellement je fais mon sport le matin (pcq je suis plus motivée) mais aujourd'hui j'ai pas pu donc ce soir je cherchais un entrainement à faire sans réel motivation. Ne trouvant pas j'ai même faillit abandonner mais je me suis dit : "Aller fais une une video de Tara même si tu commence à les connaitre par coeur", je les aime tellement que je les fais H24. Et là bam j'en vois une nouvelle ! J'etais trop contente. 2) Cette video c'est mon Top 1. Vous dégagez un énergie incroyable, vous m'avez mise dans l'ambiance directement. Des sons et des chorégraphie incroyables comme à chaque fois. Je vois une amélioration de dingue alors que je trouver déjà ces premières vidéos superbes. Et trop bien d'avoir ajouter un temps d'étirement/relaxation à la fin ! 3) Vous êtes vrmt vrmt MAGNIFIQUE toutes les trois ! CONCLUSION : Bah j'vais continuer à saigner tes vidéos hein.
