Anthony, what a great video! I feel like you and Alex Hormozi are the few on youtube that actually give advice based on experience lived through lots of trial and error etc. To answer your question, or maybe a follow up to one of your video points... how, exactly do you build a good business? Not the generalities but the specifics? Alot of videos go along the lines of, find a problem in the market, solve problem, make sure product is good, b) look at those who have been successful and reverse engineer their success. I suppose at some point there comes a point where we will seek out experts to help us (be it hiring people to run certain things), or mentors who have walked the path. How do we discern who to listen to, how to ask specific questions, when to heed advice, when to ignore advice? what circumstances where only trial and error will solve certain problems? Thanks and keep up the awesome videos!

I am struggling with people. I mean have you ever felt that you are all alone. As you reach 26 age, you don't have friends, money becomes a necessity. You understand that it takes time to achieve everything from scratch and consistency is the key. I don't believe in friendship and in love(apart from parents). I just started to understand that you will get betrayed eventually so its better to stay alone and avoid everyone. A person may be kind but if he experiences so many negative emotions like helping a friend but then getting stabbed by them. or loving someone deeply but she replaced you at a blink within 2 weeks. Everyone wants to take advantage or talk to you for their own selfish intentions. I am afraid all this experiences make you angry and cold hearted. You stop helping people and always have your guards up. What is your take in this matter ?

This is an excellent video! The best I’ve seen on RU-vid. I can tell you’ve read a lot on money. I want to clear something up though. At 1:00 you said some people say “money is the root of all evil.” I’ve heard this before too. The people who say it are misquoting the Bible at 1 Timothy 6:10. It doesn’t say money is evil. It says the LOVE of money is the root of all evil. This is true. After all, the majority of crimes are financially motivated. The Bible doesn’t warn against making money. It warns about developing an unhealthy relationship with or a love of money to the point where you’ll do anything to get it.

The daily auditing advice is very solid. The only thing I didn't like was the comment about saving being a form of spending. I understand what you mean, but I also think it could confuse some people. I think doubling down on the daily self auditing and making sure that the money being spent is being invested, whether that's in some kind of stocks or in yourself, such as a in a good backpack/cooler that you can pack a meal or two for yourself before you go to work, so you don't eat out. It's important to note that not all investments are about putting your money to work, some are about limiting the money your spending in one place, so that you can do other things with it somewhere else. It is a game, but sometimes the focus needs to be on stacking some cash for a move that needs to be made. It's not about saving to save, it's about saving to invest.
@AnthonyVicino

The very best point here is to build a business that generates cash first and foremost. That’s the only true foundation. So many people are drawn into the big casino with get rich quick thinking that assumes far more risk than is acceptable. Understanding the predatory nature of middle men in the market is an absolutely necessary lesson that can never be forgotten.

55k x 22% = 12.1k yes for filing single on federal. However, the true tax is actually more like $7,407 w/o standard deduction (any deduction) and w/standard deduction it's $4,718 which is nearly a third of the initial claimed tax amount. This doesn't include possible state taxes. Regardless, this is a massive difference to an income earner in this category and needs to be clarified for viewers whom are trying to learn more about money. Edit: Overall great video and informative!

“Saving is just another form of spending.” This blew my mind. With saving out of the picture you’d think investing is the no-brainer priority for everyone to take on as their next step. Unfortunately they tell you not to bother investing until you have x-amount saved up anyway.

only issue is that when money tightens (interest rates increase) that causes assets to deflate... cash is king when assets are deflating because few people have access to cash and they have to sell at a lower price. Inflation turns into deflation when assets are propped up by cheap credit and inflated multiples (100X PE)
@erxfav3197
@erxfav3197 Год назад

Saving may be spending but you’re spending money to have a valuable asset as well. Liquidity. Which is, potential. And there’s also risk in investing. It’s not guaranteed. But of course your money is guaranteed to depreciate as well.. So there is risk in holding it too. Obviously money is neither good nor bad, it's just paper, metal or electronic. Yes, it is a game, a rather sick game which is an outgrowth of a sick mind. The sickness is termed greed. The money game is so sick that those who produce the things which generate money can barely afford to buy them unless they save and save and save. Alternatively, they can get it on credit and pay more. Sick. The sanest strategy is to give up this sick game which simply inflicts needless suffering on others. Obviously, this will take many people the world over to reject the nonsense of money, so that the illusion of money as something of value can slip away. There really is no point in being well adapted to a maladapted practise. Money after all is just a huge pyramid scheme scamming everyone, imprisoning everyone.

The saying ”for the love of money is the root of all sorts of evil” is basically bs if you understand what love is. When you love money you look after it and make sensible choices to make sure your money does well, much like when you love your kids. When you love money you protect it from unhealthy desires, you use it wisely for it to be a great helper and you nurture it for it to grow and multiply. Love money, don’t lust after it.

This whole concept of money is bad is not a thing in Turkey. Everyone wants money in here and nobody is ashamed of wanting it. Most Turkish people think countries and governments the real problem since regulations put down by those,a company doesnt supposed to regulate itself. I think the whole concept came from the idea of Christianity that see virginity and astecism as a holy and pure thing whereas in Islam having a moderate normal life is the religious aim.Too much is bad and too little is bad too. A person isnt supposed to stay a virgin ,poor or overly religious even if they are religious leaders or literal prophets. Then moderation limit is the argument point what is too much and what is too little is up to debate. Also there is a notion rich people created in America that being rich is bad,money do not give you happiness because they dont want average people to get envious of them. They also divert the attention from system and government to companies that are rich and powerful. In American's minds system works perfectly while those greedy multibilionare companies are the problem. So companies try to do charity work,green washing technics maybe reforrestation here and there to negate that attention.

Ok, so without diving into your background because that can wait for another day, your videos have no value and contribute nothing towards helping folks obtain wealth or grow their current income. Your channel is the exact same as any other "self help" guru out there. After investing time into watching your videos you don't offer anything tangible, here's a quick summary: 1. Mindset 2. Belief 3. Good enough to great 4. Money is a game In short - your waxing philosophical on it, which certainly has it's place in the money making arena, but it's hardly anything new. All of this has been said and rehashed in different ways a million times over, leaving you without any differentiating factor from all those other folks. Furthermore, you then peddle your books and podcasts, and then most importantly - your "master class". As a mid-30's millionaire I take it upon myself to call out others like yourself - word of advice, you should actually dive into the hard facts and details of your path, your journey, and actually discuss why "money is a game", rather than simply talking about it from an absurdly high level that offers no clear help or understanding to folks. Here's an example to you out: "Money is a game" - ok, why is it a game exactly? Outside of all the mental games and philosophy, does anything else factor in? Taxes perhaps? Purchases and returns? Source of income and/or investments? What's often overlooked is that becoming a millionaire is an increasingly unrealistic and unobtainable goal, and it's becoming more difficult for folks year after year for a plethora reasons not short of inflation, taxation, and general fleecing of the middle and lower classes. Increasingly, newly minted millionaires are earning/obtaining their wealth either through a new breakthrough idea/product/invention (relatively rare), or from generational wealth passed down from their parents. The whole idea of saving cash is simply not a choice for an ever growing percentage of the population; so what do you do? It's hard hitting questions such as these that are entirely overlooked by all the "hey I'm a millionaire, listen to my personal philosophies on money and life" folks. If this video is all you learned from reading those books then you're either a poor reader or those books simply suck. Here's one wealth creation tool that never fails is a more a hybrid product of a tool: education and skillset. The more educated you become and skilled you become in one area, leveraging much of your knowledge in others, the greater chance you have of building tremendous wealth. An example for someone with limited means - learn computers/technology/coding. It's something nearly everyone can do on their own without serious financial investment. The main investment it takes is your time.
@AnthonyVicino
@AnthonyVicino Год назад
Thanks for checking out the videos, brother. Seems like they've really triggered you. I hope you're able to clear your mind of the negative emotions this has stirred up in you so you can move forward with your day in peace. Good luck on your journey, my friend.
@christsciple
@christsciple Год назад
@@AnthonyVicino Not triggered, simply pointing out where you're lacking in content and how that makes you an exact copy of all the existing folks out there. Clearly you interpreting that as me having "negative emotions" says more about your character and how you respond to a little criticism then anything else. It's a disservice to the many folks who are looking at ways to become successful and claw their way out of poverty so they can live the life they want. I'd encourage you to re-read my initial reply to you in the hopes that you might learn something valuable, and it'd be great to see it reflected in the content you're creating. More than happy to schedule a public meeting to discuss and network around the TC area. Cheers!

@@christsciple It sounds as though you have some amazing insights and personal experiences worth sharing with the world. Instead of using your energy to "call out others" like myself in the form of anonymous comments on RU-vid, perhaps your time and energy would be better spent building a platform and audience where you share your message. I've got to imagine that'll have a more positive impact than the current strategy. Hope you have an amazing day, brother.
@christsciple
@christsciple Год назад
@@AnthonyVicino Appreciate the kind words. I don't have an interest in being a content creator or selling courses to folks, especially when the folks in need of help are the least able to afford to pay for courses and content. Instead, I use some of my time to call out folks on YT and bring greater awareness to their audiences. This is in part how I use all my positive energy - by not turning a blind eye to those seeking to profit off of the very people they claim to be helping or wanting to help. Suggesting to folks to "just go into real-estate bro" is not always a good strategy nor can many folks afford to do so. There are other ways and oftentimes more appropriate ways to build wealth outside of just fleecing folks. It's a shame to see, especially when it's occurring in our city. Feel free to prove me wrong, I want you to! Cheers!

Understanding how to spend money, invest money, use your time wisely,keep track of your money, and build money efficiently are important, but no, not everyone can be wealthy the financial system doesn't work like that. People have to give for someone else to take. If everybody in the U.S. had say 1 million U.S. dollars they would all essentially be poor, its finacial logic. It's the people who have the most to offer that get the most in return. Reaching the highest number of people with the best solution for a problem is how you earn the most. That could mean anything people need or want. Knowledge, food, luxury, etc. You don't have to be the smartest, you just need to have what people want to be wealthy. In an equal society, not all countries play by the same rules, but thats a topic for another day.

Very insightful video.. I just saw a friend make a Facebook post about how 'no one deserves a million dollars. The only way they can get that is through greed.' I guess it's wild how so many people view money as simply a measure of greed. Viewing others as a potential partner instead of competition was also a very good point to mention. I think I've struggled with viewing others as competition and being envious of those who are already winning the game. I think if I work on transferring that energy inti focusing on what I can learn from them, (versus simply envy) in a small way it would be like networking with them.
@AnthonyVicino
