If you love being outside and knowing the fun, weird, wild, and unknown parts of the forests, this is for you! We headed over to the North Shore of Lake Superior again for some Metal Detecting and Agate Hunting. The North Shore is a great place to find some nice Agates and other interesting Rocks and Minerals along with whatever the metal detector picks up! Check out the video and don't forget to subscribe!

Great content, nice energy. You're finding a lost of agates and Jaspagate. Too bad you didn't have a bucket with you, when yo go deep for a target you should douse the upturned stones with water to see if there are any lunker agates hiding down there!

BTW, if you want to up your agate game, Michigan Rocks and Agate Dad are good sources of info.

I need to find some agates about how far you up the north shore there, I see a river, not lester river i'm thinking. Maybe farther up past gooseberry falls?

We are going to plan a sprung trip up that way. Any suggestions as to where to go? We do not know the area at all. And like you we prefer to be alone. Love your videos.

Donna Lantz Thank you! Our favorite areas are before or anywhere north of Grand Marais. Seems to be a lot less people. Go early in the morning!

@@ingest111 thank you. We were up there last month but only went as far as Grand Marais. So next year we will go further. I love all the cool rocks and agates you find. I am new to tumbling this year. Always had a love for rockhounding. Maybe we'll run into you both someday up there.
