Just to let you guys know that this is a member of bts called Suga which is what that sugar line was referring too.Suga uses the name Agust D (suga backwards + plus the D which stands for D town aka a rap group he was in) for his solo work,agust d is kinda like a diffrent persona.

This was SUGA’s solo debut mixtape back in Aug 2016 which is NOT under K-pop but part of K-Hiphop/K-Rap category, here it’s abit more unfiltered (RAW) than majority of typical Kpop songs are.

AGUST D is SUGA of BTS and his real name is MIN YOONGI. Min is the last name and Yoongi is the first name. The "DT" part in AGUST D means "Daegu Town", which is where Suga/Yoongi/Agust D is from in South Korea.

This song is about the time when he and the group received hate for being an idol group, a pop group, as if they weren't capable of rapping. They suffer prejudice to this day because of this. That's why he highlights in his lyrics how competent and professional he is. a genius.

Thanks for the reaction! Appreciate the respect for the talent even if you didn't really love the song. Agust D's name is Min Yoongi aka SUGA from the group BTS. He's one of the 3 rappers in the group, does much of BTS's producing, as well as producing for many other artists. He is crazy talented. A few BTS rap line songs you might want to look at would be UGH! or Cypher pt.2 or Cypher pt.3. "Joke" by RM (of BTS) is another one you would probably enjoy.
