As promised, Part 2 of the AGV Casanova Helmet review now that I had time to actually try it on and take it for a spin. If you haven't already, check out Part one here • AGV Corsa R Casanova H...
Hey, good info and great video. Looking at purchasing an AGV Corsa R. In regards to the visor is it just two position open and closed or does it have the step feature which allows it to stay in different positions? Thanks in advance
It doesn't have your typical slots for the visor to stay in different positions. Its just a smooth transition from open to close but it may be stiff enough to have it open only slightly but depending on speed, weather and road conditions, if this is a must have got a helmet, I would have to say its just an open and close 2 position visor.
I just bought the same helmet and was wondering if the upper part of your cheeks (below your eyes) get a bit sore? I've only worn the helmet for about 1 hour total riding time, but after 30 minutes or so, my cheeks start to ache/get sore. It starts to hurt so bad that I need to take a 10-15 minute break before riding out again. Not sure if it needs break in time? I haven't had this problem with Icon or Scorpion helmets.
It was a bit snug on my cheek bones at first but it has loosened up just a little bit and now it fits perfect. I probably have 10 to 15 hours of riding with it so far. Depending on what size you purchased, you may be able to buy smaller pad inserts which may make a difference
M/L. Fits like a medium in a Shoei or Icon, at least those are the sizes I wear in those brands and the M/L AGV fits me perfectly. I tried the M/S and I found my chin was making contact with the helmet when it was on.
@@neconrai9130 unfortunately when it comes to helmet sizes, you really need to try them on. You can get away with not trying them on of you're just buying a new helmet in the same brand but even going from one brand to another, a small, medium, large ect may differ slightly in size. The icon helmet in medium fits me perfectly, once it's broken in. It is rather tight and hard to get on when they're new and I'm putting them on. This is where I can compare icon and shoei to the AGV M/L because those 3 fit the same for me, just different comfort level and feel. There should be sizing charts on their websites on how to measure your head to find the right size.
