Anemones are very strange. I have 2 in my 120G. Yours look pretty happy I wouldn't change anything to much. Mine are latched under my rocks and grow their stems out to reach for light usually.

2 things, I'm surprised the par is that low with those settings, also that the diffuser only dropped the par 10ish percent. I probably need to add more juice to my tank because I'm way below your schedule
