Aim Trainer Visual Settings Guide (Aim Lab, Kovaak's) 

just tried this settings on my usual routine, got high scores on almost all of my tasks thank you bardoz :D

thanks for this guide bardoz. i would love a guide on tension. it seems like you have to use tension to move your mouse (otherwise you would just have a limp arm/hand not moving), but should you keep tension in your your back/shoulder/forearm/hand constantly or just briefly while you flick? and how much?

The more contrast something has, the easier it's for the eyes to catch and stay on it. Light targets (or, in your case, green) has the best contrast with darker background (green has a lot of color contrast too) which helps you track it better. and also our brain works the way that everything what is more dark, it percepts to be further from us and so less of importance, but lighter objects are complete opposite amazing vid man, thanks for sharing your experience

Can you please talk about crosshairs and how they affect aim and how switching can affect ur aim? I change mine in valorant diamond games multiple times because I always feel like I dont have a good 1 and i cant decide between dot or generic crosshair, also can u talk about the best for aim labs?

Great Video! makes a lot of sense in the ghosting reasoning. Although might not happen with other monitors or some tweaking in the colour calibration. If you read this message can I ask you which keyboard you have in this video?

Whilst doing fundamentals changing colours constantly seems really inconvenient any colour I can stick to that basically works well for all routines ?

hmmm, 5:57 : If you set targets to be perceived as "2D" (no model depth) and you set your scenery to have some kind of "3D depth" to it, isn't this kind of, uhhh, dumb? 6:46 - because you flick really fast towards the target, leaving ghosts on your screen in different positions "smuged" way farther apart and thus making your targets shape feel "smuged", and with tracking you just "microcorrect" all the time, which makes ghosts appear incredibly closely making the target shape feel still the same? 7:00 - about using very light colors for tracking, if you think about it, the "on hit black" color change, make it incredibly hard to perceive movement of the given bot and smudging effects that happen due to it's motion, esp on very high refresh rate displays, while very light green makes it easy. The reason for it is that our eyes are accustomed to perceive the "presence/change of color" not "lack of color" which black represents. At least this is what i think happens. You can also plot a theory about how you perceive crosshair placement while on target but i wouldn't go that far

i feel like something is missing on the visual settings. i cant figure out how to remove shadow or the sun reflection sort of on the circles/balls. your visual on aim lab looks complete 2D while mine is 3D even with all low settings.

What about dynamic clicking scenarios like Pasu, B180 and popcorn?

Is AimLab decent to improve your aim? Everyone in the aim community seems to despise it.
