Thank you for making this video...I remember reading about this. It is a real shame that companies can get away with this kind of thing. I have been using Thai Kitchen coconut milk and this one seems a bit too creamy as well.....yet supposedly only has two ingredients: coconut and water.I wonder if its a similar situation. Navigating food ingredients feels very daunting. I guess that is yet another reason to stick to "real food"
Yes it is really unfortunate. Real food is best always. I mostly make my own coconut milk - I have a video showing how but sometimes you need convenience.
Thank you!!!! I have been using that milk but I had noticed the texture was a little, "too creamy"!!! I didn't want to admit it. What about "Nature's Greatest Food's" Organic Coconut Milk???? The ingredients look clean. I see that one on amazon as a possible option, a little cheaper than Native Forest. Seems like the Trader joe's one would be cheapest, but I don't have one in my area.
Hi Mam I have Auto Immune type1 diabetes and Hypothyroid. Can I have Apple Cider Vinegar with water. Will it harm my gut. I feel its strongly Acidic when I take it. But I follow Keto diet and Intermittent Fasting in which they generally recommend to all except Ulcer, Gastritis people. I am also planning to have a direct consultation with you.
