Fudge Brownie Skillet!*
Macros for the WHOLE Skillet:
467 Cals, 45g Carbs, 11g Fat, 47g Protein!
Ingredients:
30g All Purpose Flour
30g Whey/Casein Blend Chocolate Protein Powder
20g Brownie Batter Protein Cookie Butter Powder (www.proteincookiebutter.com)
2g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
2g Baking Powder
50g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt
30g Sugar Free Maple Syrup
1 Large Egg
15g Chocolate Chips
Directions:
1.) Add all your dry ingredients (except for your mini chocolate chips) in a bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Next, add your greek yogurt, maple syrup, and eggs to the bowl and combine with the dry until you have a thick brownie batter like consistency. Next, take your mini chocolate chips and melt in microwave for 45 seconds. Add to your batter and mix in.
2.) Take your 6.5 in cast iron skillet and spray with non stick cooking spray. Then add your brownie batter to the cast iron pan and evenly spread it until the whole pan is covered.
3.) Add to your Air Fryer on 275 degrees F for 6 minutes! Once done, take out and enjoy!
Pro-tip: If let it cool for a bit, the middle will start to set and still will be fudgy!
Oven tip: Bake in oven at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes!

I just made these and they were fudgey and amazing! Never going back to my old protein brownie recipe. Also, I didn’t have the cookie butter protein powder because it’s not available for me, instead I used one tbsp of pb2 (peanut butter powder) and 3 tbsps of unsweetened cocoa powder

My grandma used to make peanut butter brownies. Kind of like a brownie peanut butter swirl. She's passed now, but I remember her every time I swirl the brownie batter and peanut butter party cookie butters together. I'd totally combine that brownie with a vanilla or caramel ice cream scoop.

I love this healthy peppermint frosting on brownies: 3/4 cups raw cashews soaked in hot water 1 hour or 6-8 hours at room temperature 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt 1 tablespoon maple syrup 2-3 drops of pure peppermint extract 2-3 strawberries Place the cashews, yogurt, maple syrup, peppermint extract and strawberries in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Spread over brownies.

If I wanted to go low on calories i would eat it with some kind of low calorie syrup (e.g. low kcal chocolate or anything that I have in the fridge) . I would also add some kind of fruit (like strawberries if I'm going low on kcal or bananas if I want to eat a little bit more carbs) . If I also had ice cream i wold probably add it too

I was wondering that as well. I looked at the website for the product, it seems to be a blend of brownie-flavored protein powder and powdered peanut butter. I would guess that the closest substitute would probably be to use half the amount each of chocolate protein powder and powdered peanut butter, which can be found in most grocery stores nowadays. It may not be that exact "brownie" flavor, but chocolate in general is probably close enough. In this recipe it calls for 20 grams of this brownie butter, so if my logic is correct 10 grams of chocolate protein powder and 10 grams of powdered peanut butter would be the closest replacement. Maybe you could add a bit of extra coco powder or increase the chocolate chips a bit for extra flavor as well.

Andrew Petrovski i'm looking at the ingredients and its just pea and rice protein powder, cocoa powder, maltodextrin (sugar), and some xanthum gum. i reckon if you swap it out with some cocoa powder, more sweetner, and xanthum gum if you have it then you're all good. xanthum doesn't seem that important though, it's just a thickner

Flexible dieting is where you don’t stick to specific foods in particular like only eating chicken, ground beef etc. But eating (relatively) whatever you want as long as you get the right amount of calories, protein, carbs, and fats

Ok I made this last night and it was SO GOOD! Literally, best tasting protein brownie I’ve made by far. My perfect brownie would have to be a brownie with peanut chips in it and walnuts for crunch with vanilla ice cream on top! Bruh... don’t use other brownie batter protein powders. I have attempted this recipe 3 times with a separate powder then the one recommended and it turned out like overcooked cake every time 😭. Stinks because the recommended powder has been sold out 🤷‍♂️.

This is so so so great! My dream brownie flavor would probably be a while chocolate n milk chocolate with a mini peanut butter layer in the middle and served with cookies n cream ice cream... Thanks for this recipe it looks fab!!

Perfect brownie is chocolate frosting on top. Big scoop of Jenis Brambleberry Crisp ice cream and a few raspberries and with raspberry drizzle. 🤤

I am so excited to try this. I just got an air fryer and am ready to cook all the things. I think I would add maybe a SF caramel syrup of some sort and walnuts and make them turtle brownies. Ice cream - a good vanilla ice cream to off set the intense flavors from the brownies.

I replaced the Brownie batter with 10g cocoa powder (non sweetened) and 10g peanut flour. Worked pretty well and the result was like that in the video

I gotta admit, simple is best. Fudge/chocolate chunks are best with vanilla or chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. HEAVEN

I love this recipe and your books! I would also top the brownie with classic vanilla ice cream with cookie dough and more chocolate chips cause too much chocolate is non existent
