I just want to point out that your macros are not accurate. I ordered all the ingredients for the cooking for sharing and I don't know where you got those 136cals per serving 😂 the almond flour alone its like 630cals for the sole ingredient!!! I was like yeah too good to be true. However, I baked the Brownies today and they are decent in taste. I would have used the chocolate brownie protein instead vanilla but maybe next time!
This is a great channel- no petty gossip, no skits, no BS. Straight business and factual information. I’ve learned so much here, I hit that bell thank you!! 👊💪
Will Tennyson has a bunch of recipes like that. My favorite is the protein ice cream. I made one almost identical to his and in 100 grams it was like 100 calories and 10g of protein.
Could be a concern about being satiated. Carbs are the least satiating/filling food macro. There are certain desserts that can be low fat, but they aren't likely to be creamy or might need an agent like xanthan gum to help them thicken. I know Jell-o makes a fat free, sugar free pudding that could be easily added into plenty of recipes. They have various flavours.
For the first recipe. Why not just use a egg yolk substitute..like peanut butter, agar powder, avocado or coconut milk. Then make the egg whites Swiss meringue style...this would make them 100% safe to eat raw...
I just bought the instant oat in choc smooth and vanilla I was wondering if they are a good breakfast for weight loss or maintenance I plan on preping them like ready brek with warm plant based milk and topping with berries and a tsp of peanut butter. I am 10 months gastric bypass over 100lbs down want filling breakfast to fuel exercise thanks
Hey Lucas - the ingredient amounts provided create 2 servings, so depending on the size of your scoops you'd get at least 2-3 per serving. There are 7.2g of sugar per serving, you can find the full recipe here: www.myprotein.com/thezone/recipe/creme-brulee-protein-ice-cream-worlds-kitchen/ Hope that's helpful!
A food being calorie dense does not automatically make it unhealthy. For example nuts are very caloric dense due to their high fat content. But they are very healthy nevertheless.
@@hollywood6753 yeah I agree with that but if you don't eat very small amounts of it you can easily get into a big caloric surplus AKA you will gain fat
@@morah9549 from the ingredients it looks like the whole thing is about 500 to 600 calories. So I guess the recipe makes 4 servings with 136 calories each.
Jesus wants to save you, He gave His life you you and He is the one that gives you strength, run to Him right now, God wants you He did enough to put your punishment on Himself and not only that but He defeated it as a man, Jesus, please trust Him accept His gift of salvation and life eternally and turn from your sin, let the Holy spirit change you in Jesus!! You can have a relationship with God
