I’m 47 and that’s why I think the 3’s are my grails. I was 13 in 87 and that is my favorite. Never had them back in the day. I want a quality material 3 in a great or OG color way. Also, I want to see the Air Assault, Air Revolution or Air Solo Flight highs again. Air Assault has not been retro’d since 06 as far as I know. Last fall I picked up the Air Python from 2013. And they were done EXACTLY like the original, which you rarely see!

I got you beat. I’m 58 and I remember when the very first Jordans came out. People got ‘em, but; they weren’t a big deal. Air Force 1’s were more popular back then. I never really cared much about sneakers growing up. I’d have one pair and that was good enough for me. I’d wear them out and get another pair. Now, I have more sneakers than I can wear. Many of them are brand new Jordans still in the original boxes.

Being 44 you speak to my sole... Recalling how we didn't need ventilation back in the day and how they used to be quality but now not so much. What's depressing is that I want these but I already know I ain't gonna be able to get a pair. It's like that for most of the shoes I want. It really dampens my sneaker head desires.

Lol, they are being sold at like $170 up here, but I don't have any feeling over them, I could just buy a pair of high top Nike AF1s if I want a pair of white shoes for daily uses

Not as big on the 12s; never even tried them on before so I think they just look odd to me. I like the 13s, though. Either way, wish all these shoes were this quality when I was younger ... ruined my ankles playing on terrible shoes, nowadays you hardly ever see rolled ankles anymore.

Actually, these are exactly the pair that I was looking for. I have the Winter Black 12's and they are simply one of my favourite pairs. Super super comfortable and the minimalist colorway really works well for work etc. White will have a similar effect in my opinion.

I like this shoe more and more every time I see it. It looks even better w the black laces in my opinion. The only thing I would worry about on these is the white midsole/outsole (yellowing)

@@balazs7235 Well its air Jordan what do you expect 😂 they were basketball shoes at first then turned to lifestyle. the air Jordan 12 is probably the least sporty out of them all and looks the most luxurious , well at least in my opinion since it is my #1 favorite Jordan ever 😅

spartanB0292 Yeah, same. I have a couple and I rarely wear them. I will take a pair of New Balance or Asics (and not necessarily the pricey ones) every day of the week over Jordan/Nike. Hell, you can throw Vans, Puma and Reebok (their Floatride are amazing for the price) ahead of Jordan/Nike as well. Just my thoughts.✌

I copped a pair on release day. I have to say, I have the Concord Darks, and Reverse Flus from last last year, and these blow those away. The all white with a touch of metallic red. I love these from top to bottom. I just cant see myself using the black laces. The white laces make the shoes perfect. The black, i feel, actually takes them down a notch. Great review as always.

I’ll stick with my original 12s. Love the all white but that metallic red looks tacky. Just won the Racer Blue 3s and would love to see the 12s go white and blue.

The 12 has always been one of my favorite Jordans, these look good and I'll probably try to cop a pair. I'm 61, and I guess that means that I've been around since the beginning of the Jordan line. At one point or another I've owned at least two colorways of every Jordan made, I've seen it be great, and then get pretty ordinary. Here's hoping that the line rises up again. Thanks for another great video!

I have the original ones, they are basically indestructible, not even after years of wear and tear off and on the court, they are still quite useable. I actually like the black laces more than than the white ones, gives more contrast to the all-white shoe

Chris, I’ve come to appreciate the fact that You are Of the People and For the People; an OG Sneakerhead that comes with the Truth and Nothing but the Truth! You’re always giving an Education regardless of the shoe and it’s always On Point. Another great video review. I have never been a fan of the Air Jordan XII 12. For me, the AJ 12's seemed a bit heavy for me. The construction of the AJ 12's were excellent and sturdy but, I felt "weighed down" wearing them.

Love the b-roll style in this vid. And the alt laces. Gives a nice look at how they look on feet. But these, and any monochromatic 12, take away one of the best parts: the asymmetrical color blocking like the Cherries or pizza-food-poisoning games. So easy pass for me. :)

I totally dislike the "twist" & totally agree with Chris we need the original version of the red/cherry colorway. I've the nightwing 12's & they're awesome & would 💘 to get the 12 in the cherry colorway so Jordan brand lets make that happen please! 🙏

These would make a good base for playoff 12 customs. The outsole, heeltab, and the red 23 on the heel are same as the playoffs. Just have that white upper and white heel midsole part painted black, those red metallic bits painted silver, and there you go

I'm 51 I started collecting basketball shoes in 1982 when I was in 8th grade I have over 300 pairs , i started with the james worthy new balance then Dominique wilkins brook transitions , went on to pony's and then Jordan's , all new in original box. Still collecting to this day, dont see myself stopping anytime soon, will be getting these as well, I dont like all the Jordan's that come out but I can respect everyone's taste

It might be an optical illusion, but the black laces (my fave) look thinner than the white? I think they * should * be a wee bit thicker since the 12s are such thick shoes - the black laces seem a little off-balance...

These are 🔥🔥🔥 and already dropped some cash for them to hold these for me along with the Oreo 4s and the legend blue 11s but when I put each on these popped like crazy and if u wear jordan clothing there gonna match everything plus we all know the 12s are comfortable as hell and Chris had the same Idea I had I think it could be our summer version of the metallic colourways like they did on the 4s but the bottoms of these look great and the back makes them really stand out I wear a size 10 in jordan and surprisingly a 9 fit not much wiggle room but they fit...but I have til Tuesday between the 3 pairs which should I cop?
