still the single best air new zealand ad ever made. that song alone makes me cry

I went to live in New Zealand in 2001. I think this Air New Zealand perfectly captures the essence of this beautiful country. and now I am back in the UK it makes me feel quite emotional, and makes me want to return

This is my favourite ad on tv when I first came to NZ on the late 80's and up to this day everytime I watched, it still give me ghostbumps. It made me feel so lucky to be part of this beautiful country❤

as a scholarship student learning at Massey dated back in 2000, once I saw this ad., I could not keep my tear. I thought about my family in Thailand as shown in pictures monks in yellow ropes etc. I hoped I could fly back home to see my mum and dad right away. Missed you heaps New Zealand.
