Before you start to do more air squats or even start squatting in the first place, it's important to know WHY you are doing it. Because the exercise gods say I should? Maybe. Squatting is foundational and certainly has amazing transfer, but it also is a huge predictor for long-term health. Beginners should always understand the why before the how, which comes in Part 2 :)
